Like a dream. the roofing and gutter replacement job was done in less than 72 hours. Elmar and his crew a pleasure to work with. Prompt, courteous and neat. there was extensive clean up needed due to the magnitude of removal of debris and the tear down to the rafters where debris and shingles fell into attic. Elmar sent in a separate clean up crew who did a fantastic job as part of the price of the job.

We needed new gutters and wanted also to have gutter guards. The new gutters installed by Elmar work great and definitely improve the look of our house. The work has been done carefully, very professionally and the interaction with Elmar has been excellent. We highly recommend the service of this company.

They were excellent. They were unable to come out when we initially scheduled the estimate because of bad weather. However, they came out later that day when the weather had cleared. They gave us a very reasonable price, scheduled it right away, were prompt & responsive & did great work.

Needed the gutter, facia and soffit replaced... Elmar did the job and done it with professionalism that is expected of a vendor. Would definitely recommend him and will go back to him when we want our siding replaced..!!

The office person was very professional and knew the correct questions to ask. Loved it!! They arrived on time, with proper equipment, didn't need anything from me. The hoses were really forceful and removed all debris from gutters. I have one small gutter that most gutter cleaners ignore, they found it without my pointing it out and cleaned it. I am very very pleased. I haven't had such a professional crew, who also knows their stuff in ages. Would definitely use them again.

Replaced/installed missing soffits in several areas that had been badly damaged by pigeons. Elmar and his worker were punctual and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use D.E.M. Solutions again.

If you want the job done the way you would do it if you could then I highly suggest you give Elmar and his crew a call. He is one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting that provides a home service since I have move here. He is very punctual, polite and knowledgeable in his field. He goes above and beyond what is expected. They left the gutters spotless, bagged up all the debris and cleaned up after themselves. This was my second year using Elmar's service and I hope he stays in business for years to come as it is truly getting hard to find a service provider who is respectful, honest and is proud to stand behind what he does for a living. Many props to this this gentleman, wish there were more like him out there.
