I hooked up with Dennis through Anji. He worked with me to fit me in between other large jobs he had doing on which worked for me because I was only wanting one room, my living room, stretched. He was patient with me working around my schedule. No pressure, just good ole' fashioned politeness and respect. Dennis, was absolutely fantastic. I could not be happier with the carpet stretching Dennis did for me nor could I be happier with the individual himself. If you ever need carpet installed or stretched in Arlington, TX or the DFW are you will not be disappointed with the work Dennis will provide.

They did a good job at the repairs, but they left the areas a mess. There were pieces of carpet all over the floor. I had to run around getting the little pieces of carpet from my 2 4-month kittens so they would not eat them. Not sure what they had on their hands, but they left hand smudge marks all over the door they took off for the repairs.

"Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize that you feel this way. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We do not carry a vacuum cleaner with us and in 45+ years this has never been an issue. We pick up the larger pieces and any scraps. As far as the doors, they have pins that hold them in and sometimes they have grease on them. In your case, the pins had excessive grease on them and we did notify you of this. We must have overlooked the smudges. The grease does wipe off with a class cleaner. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to make this right after you sent the text the next day and no one would come to the door. Had you sent the text the day the work was done, I would have turned around and came right back at that time and made it right. We pride ourselves on integrity and professionalism. We have been in business for almost 50 years and 99.9% of our customers love us and the work we do. A lot of them even tip us extra when we leave. Once again, I do apologize for your unhappiness. I hope your floor looks great and you are happy with it for years to come!"

Excellent repair job. Dennis is very skilled at his craft. A friendly guy to work with! Had a major problem with a three room carpet that needed stretching. He had the still and equipment to do it correctly

Dennis did an amazing job! Starting from his prompt response when requesting an estimate, to his follow through communication and during the carpet work it was an A+ experience. Dennis has a ton of experience in the industry and it shows in his attention to detail. I highly recommend - it would be hard to find someone with more experience!
