It went great. They got a hold of me immediately, came out and gave me an estimate. They told me when they could get started and showed up as agreed. Anytime they ran into a snag or unforeseen issue, they let me know right away. I have hired them for several projects this Spring and look forward to working with them this Spring and in the future.

I google searched for live phone help for electrical assistance with my outlet not getting power to it. I found that tgey gave free phone help and so decided to call. He was very helpful and after 30 minutes over the phone all had been solved. All that for $30 and he wasn't even going to charge me but I insisted. Thanks again for everything!

On first arriving after the promised date they left and never came back until we called the business owner weeks later. Then another time, multiple wires were only attached in loops hanging down below fascia boards. Then they agreed to fix this but not all were fixed up. Then they quickly loaded up their ladders on truck. Brought them back to fix the telephone wires that were hanging down to the ground in the same location. In a huff, they cut off the wire from the house, only. Then they ran faster to the truck. They never came back. The WEATHERHEAD quoted in the invoice was never seen nor installed.
