Went great and they were clean, knew what the were doing, and very professional. They explained step by step what they were doing to help us better understand what they were doing and how it would fix our problem.

I sent Mike Denny at Denny's Waterproofing a message with the issue. He called back the following day to get the contact information of the tenant and set up a time to get me a quote. Mike recommended installing a perimeter drain along the basement wall with a sump pump. The quoted price was very fair, and he didn't push back or try to upsell me when I decided to only install the drain along the problem wall instead of the entire house. Within a week (around Christmas as well), Mike and his crew came out and completed the project. They were friendly, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. So far (2 weeks later) the basement is dry, and there have been several heavy downpours. This is a small, husband and wife owned business that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. Highly recommended!

Denny's did a great job with attention to detail.  They installed a perimeter drain, removed insulation, drilled holes in block for drainage, installed and plumbed the sump pump, and trenched a drain out to the back yard.   Workers were very pleasant to deal with and Mike made sure everything was right including a return visit.  They did a good job of picking up debris and left the house/space in better condition than before they arrived.  The thorough job was greatly appreciated.

I have one wall in my basement that has given me trouble over the years with letting water in. I thought the problem was solved but found it was not when we got the big thaw in January this year. I called out 3 different companies to give me quotes and Denny's was by far the most reasonable. Mike came out, inpspected the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. He is a no nonsense kind of guy-been doing this 40 years-very simple explanation of work to be performed. <br /> He and his crew worked quickly. They had to tear out a built in entertainment unit to get to the problem which I was kind of sad about but it was a good thing. There was so much dry rot from water that it needed to go. Work was done as described. I now have to wait 60 days before rebuilding that area to make sure problem is solved. I will comment again at that point. <br /> The only negative comment about the experience is I am left with a huge mess of rotted wood to dispose of and this entertainment area has been rendered useless for a couple of months but that is not their fault. If you have waterproofing done in a finished area of your basement be prepared for some inconvenience. <br /> This is a family owned business and I would recommend them for that reason as well. <br />

He was excellent and very prompt. The pricing was extremely reasonable. They have preeminent warranty coverage and don't charge you monthly for it like other basement waterproofing companies. The owner of Denny's came out himself for the estimate. He told me exactly what everybody else told me they were going to do. He did exactly what he said he was going to. He's been in business for thirty years and he gave me pages of references who all said he did good work. He works hard for his money so I am going to give him plenty of credit.

I liked that they are family owned. That really appealed to me right out of the box. When I talked to the owners wife, she was very pleasant and helpful. I told her what I needed and she sent someone out to give us an estimate. He explained how the system works. My first impression of them was very good. They are honest, family people. On top of that, they have been in business for over 35 years! They only sold us what we wanted and it is guaranteed for life! It was a great experience.

They did the work that I wanted them to do for a reasonable price. Everything is still working great.
