"I thank you very much for your review I've been back to your house 3 different occasions to fix the screens. Every time I came back I never charged. The pillows to Your lawn chairs were laying up against the screens. You also have a dog. I really did my part to try to make you happy. I don't know what it is you're doing on your Screened porch that keeps making the screens fall out. I really hope you get that worked out..Sir I know for a fact that nothing was spilled in the bathroom .When we left your house it was cleaner than it was when we got there .I make a point to clean up after a job.I do have a review from you for 5 stars on Angie's list from yoI ur wife. So sorry I'm little confused. I would have come back out again but I did not appreciate the insult from you and that's why I never contacted you back.. As far as the cabinets when I came out there you had told me you painted the walls and while I was there I touched up the cabinets where you got paint on them from the walls. Paint on the cabinets is not peeling .Sir This job was over 7 months ago you were happy then sorry I'm a little confused and again I thank you for your business I really do and I hope you're able to figure out how to stop making your screens fall out. I am sorry you're not happy and again I did everything for you but sending multiple bad reviews just seems to me like you're trying to sabotage someone. Honestly one review is enough to get your point across. And again I did everything I could for you and there was nothing I could do to make you happy Have a good day and good luck."

"I am sorry you had a horrible experience but to be completely honest with you .you would be the 1st. I'm sorry that you're unhappy because you had to buy a new washer you knew that was an option in the beginning. All of my work is prepaid it's no different than going to the grocery store buying food or paying someone to add in addition to the house. Sometimes you even get bad gas and you have to prepay for that .That's just the way business goes. I do this to protect myself and so do many other companies. I did everything I could drove all over town looking for part when everything was shut down to try to get that fixed for you. I'm sorry sometimes things in life just doesn't go as planned. I even was gonna work overtime and not charge you for it but you still rushed me out the door. I treat my customers with honesty and respect .I'm sorry that you could not see it that day. But what I don't understand is I was trying to fix it but you weren't giving me the opportunity. Maybe deep down you really wanted to new washer.So again I apologize for your experience. Every experience is different but I do go out of my way for my customers. I am so sorry That your stepdaughter broke your washer but I was doing everything that I could to make it work. I even gave you back a full refund on your part I did not charge you extra. So I was trying to help. God-bless you have a beautiful day"

"I tried contacting the customer to find out how the job went. This was a new employee that went over there to do the job ,I expressed to the customer If he is not happy we will do everything we can to make him happy this was prior to my employee going out to do the work. The gentleman had told my employee that he wanted a bid on more work and said that she did a great job , so I don't understand his comment. The price of the job was agreed upon , While my employee was at home depot waiting for his response ,the gentleman paid $200 in supplies of which we only worked 4 hours his portion of supplies was for his materials which in fact he agreed on a conversation at home depot on the phone. We only moved forward when the gentlemen approved this the night before. As faras the paint , The paint that was put on the very top of the chimney next to the roof is paint that goes on a chimney all it is is touch up paint.. So sir I don't understand why B .. When you told my employee we were A service.. I do everything I can to provide an amazing service for my customers so I wish you would have answered the phone so I could have talked to you, I really don't understand this review because the night before and the day of everything was great.. Why the change of mind.. 1.Sir as far as the paint ..I would take that up with home depot, I don't make the paint. So if you're not satisfied with the color talk to home depot. 2. Don't understand why you gave me C For pricing when you agreeded while my employee was at home depot the night before. And you even paid for the job before my employee got there ,by the way thank you for that"
