SCAM! My heat pump had broken and it was artic temperatures in New England. I ordered the hyper heat system that is efficient to 5 degrees and continues to work to minus 13. Ryan insisted that is what they installed. It was not. It was a cheaper model of a regular heat pump that losses efficiently at 47 degrees and only goes down to 20 degrees. He yelled at me, called me all kinds of terrible things and insisted I did not know what I was talking about. Really, I copied the model # and called Mitsubishi and they confirmed it was not Hyper Heat. Then he tried to say it was a distributor mistake, and it was not! I confirmed that as well. He knowingly bought a regular heat pump. Took them forever to install and it was terrible. He was offered mediation with Home Advisor, and he turned it down because he cannot produce anything to support the lies that it was a distributor mistake. He did not put in tracks to contain the wires and they are not properly insulated among other things wrong with the install. I will not let him back in my home. When I told his father it was not a hyper heat pump he screamed at me in an angry voice, "Who told you that!" My answer, I called Mitsubishi, and I had also called the distributor who assured me that he remembered discussing the two systems and Ryan bought the heat pump right after he got off the phone with me and I said I wanted the more expensive Hyper heat. I live on the water in New England that the Hyper Heat was the appropriate one. So for 3 months, I have been using space heaters to augment the heat in my home or rather lack of it. One of the pictures I posted is a picture of the remote set to 80 and the thermostat in my home at 66. I took that on a not so cold day. A week after they "finished" I came home to my house at 40 degrees. Ryan insisted I did not know how to use a remote, someone else had played with the system and he was no longer responsible and last but not least, I was drunk when I texted him. I have his texts and his voice messages saved to my phone to back up all my comments. I am 74 and a woman, and it appears he took the approach that he could scam me and then he and his father could yell at me and I would back down. That did not happen. I am waiting to hear what he wants to do about the heat pump compressor that will be removed on Tuesday and a real hyper heat system put in by Coastal Heating and Air Conditioning who were nice enough to come out and write up a proposal to fix it. They have also waited until I could go through attempted mediation and now my credit card company has taken the money from Ryan's bank account to pay for the repair and replace.

I showed them my evidence after you showed them yours and they found you in the wrong both times. We have our gps locations on and recorded to google maps proving we were there early and stayed late even on new years eve and new years day in the blistering cold on those dangerous docks to help you. As you were without heat I made sure to get you going and have pictures as proof VISA saw those pictures. We unfroze your pipes so you could have running water to shower and give your dog water. We tried very hard to go above and beyond to help you but you lied about us as you did the other contractors you had working there. You still haven't paid your bill [Member Name Removed] of $1,500-"

It required several repeat visits to make the fix. They had to come back. They were very timely in coming back to fix the problem. They ere back within the same day to address any problems. I was very impressed with their punctuality.
