Dependable Carpet Cleaning

Anthony did not show up but sent two employees. Did a nice job on the carpets but left the steps unusually damp. It took until the following day for the steps to get to the “damp” stage. Did our vents and showed a before and after picture. Did a nice job. We made the mistake of checking his Facebook page after we paid for the services. We were charged $200.00 more then what his Facebook states. I did talk to Anthony. He gave a song and dance about what his Facebook page states but said he would check things out and get back to me later in the day. That was TWO weeks ago!! A very disappointing experience with a business owner!

Anthony showed up when he said he would. He picked up the blinds and rehung them. They had never been professional cleaned. My blinds look beautiful. I would call them back again. I also plan on using them for carpet cleaning after the holidays. Great company to work with.

Anthony the owner and all of his crew are courteous, professional, and most importantly VERY good at what they do. I would recommend this company to anyone who enjoys competent service and clean everything!

I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and dependable carpet cleaning. We started using Anthony as a referral from my own mom. We have been using them for at least 5 years and we wouldn’t think of using anyone else. He comes to the house and does all of our carpets and couches at least twice a year. We have two little girls and a husky who sheds so our carpets need Anthony. He makes sure to do a great job every time and the prices are very fair. I feel Lucky because we get him almost every time and he makes sure the job is done right. This past year not only did dependable carpet cleaning do our carpets and upholstery but they power washed our house and deck in the spring. They did a good job and were very well priced.

Sam arrived at 7pm on a Friday. Not the most desireable time slot for anyone after a long work week, but Sam came in and got the job done well! He is friendly and hard-working and even called the owner about unrelated new home questions (new home concerns/possible warranty issue on other issues I came across once I took possession). Although it had nothing to do with the carpeting, it seemed that he was genuinely concerned for me and he wanted to provide me with good guidance. Thanks Sam and Anthony! The carpet cleaning was fantastic and my new home looks great! I would hire them again.

Tony was on time, delivered beautifully clean carpeting throughout the home and finished in a timely manner. He is very professional and consistent. He also protected the home from random neighbors walking in to take a look by keeping the doors locked while he was working. This was very much appreciated by the owners. We have very high respect for Dependable Carpet Cleaning. Dependable always lives up to their name. They are the company that we recommend to our clients, and, of course, I use their services at my home, too. They are priced fairly and easy to work with. Definitely glad to know a great company with great service is so close by. We appreciate Tony's work ethic! We will be hiring Dependable again and again in the future.

Just wonderful! I have recommended this company to my boss. Very nice guy and handles everything well. He goes above and beyond.

We have a minor dog rescue going on in our home. Right now I have 3 Shih Tzus, a Chihuahua/Pomeranian Mix, a Labrador Retriever and a Flat-Coated Retriever. We have little dogs all over our upholstery. Anthony does an excellent job and I am happy to recommend this service to everyone.

Whenever I called COIT cleaners to have work done, I always asked for Anthony. He is always on time, stays until the job is done, never leaves a mess - anywhere. If I ask him to take another look at something he does it without question and with enthusiasm. Anthony left Coit this summer to start his own cleaning service. <br /> Dependable Carpet Cleaning is subtitled, A clean name in a dirty business. Obviously, cleaning windows is not cleaning carpets, furniture or air ducts (all of which he does). Anthony's service is accommodating, he will goe wherever the dirt is. <br />
