Would NOT recommend these people. I spent $2,400 i got stuck painting the rest of the house myself. Told them to order paint from Menards they got paint from Home Depot. so my house got painted the wrong color. Now stuck with this color. He was taking the wallpaper down in the kitchen. He didn't tell me. Got wallpaper and dust All over clean dishes and food. He didn't even take all the wallpaper off the walls. He painted over it. I can still see wallpaper through the paint. He didn't want to paint the bedroom closet only painted half of it. Skippy on paint should have had 2 layers of paint on walls. He missed a lot of spots in the house. He came back to repaint it. I had to repaint it again. He doesn't return phone calls or text messages.

Great timing, great services, nice people. Could have done another coat of paint, but was very minimal where it was needed.

Was able to get my work done in a short amount of time also able to do my painting job at a reasonable price and with also a short amount of time would recommend cleaned up after themselves

Brad did a great job. His communication skills and dependability was key. He was professional and I would definitely consider hiring him again in the future.

Brad was very professional with his work and was always quick to respond to text messages or return a phone call. He answered all of the questions I had and did not waste any time with getting in, getting it done and getting out. I have already recommended Dependable Drywall to friends and will definitely plan on hiring again for future drywall needs.

Drywall work, mud and primer. Looks great

Dealing with Brad Lange at Dependable Drywall ended up being a total mistake. I ended up paying another drywall contractor to correct the work after Brad would not respond to my text messages or calls about warranty questions not even three months after the work was completed. It started off with promises of work to be completed by certain dates that were never full filled. I was not living at the home all of the time as I was renovating and adding onto other parts of the home. Therefore, what I had at the home was basically all I had when I had time to work on the project. The following were things that occurred outside of the over promise of the project timeline: 1. Someone, either Brad or his girlfriend who works for him drank all of the bottled water in the fridge which I had purchased. He not once asked if he could have a bottle which I would have given to him. 2. In the process of hanging the sheet rock he decided to use my floor mat as a cutting surface which it ended up having a large cut right in the middle. 3. I showed up one day with drywall texturing plastered on the front sidewalk along with paint on another day, 4. Loose drywall sheets that were held onto the wall with literally four screws. I could push on the drywall sheet and have it move. I had spoke to him about it and he said that he would take care of it but never did, I ended up anchoring it myself. 5. There were fasteners starting to poke through the surface not even three months after the work was completed. I never received a response from him on multiple text messages and phone calls on what the warranty terms of his service were. I eventually had to give up and consult a true professional to fix what he had slopped together. 6. He broke the key off in the front door and never asked to try and fix it. 7. He demanded a full payment even before the work was completed. I had to have him come back another time to finish areas that were not up to standards which he did. This unfortunately did not correct all of the inefficiencies of his work. That is about all of the disasters that took place on a 16'-0" x 9'-0" kitchen and a 15'-0" x 15-0" dining room. He didn't even need to touch portions of the dining room and the kitchen was just two basic walls. It was a complete mess. Luckily I learned of his quality and expertise and I went with another contractor to do the drywall on a bedroom and bonus room addition. I would post pictures of what I was left with, but the other contractor had fixed the spots that could be seen. There are plenty of other drywall contractors out there that do a much better job. Dependable should really be in-dependable. Do your research and stay away from this company.
