We were looking for help with cleaning out our clogged gutters, and DE Roofsmiths (in particular, Damion) did an excellent job. He was prompt, thorough, and careful. He communicated clearly with us about what the work entailed and completed it on time. The roof vent that he used to replace our old one was much better than what our contractor originally installed.

We love our new roofs! And most importantly, we've been dry through multiple strong rains. Damien was prompt, offered targeted solutions for a small but complex job, made our job a priority despite multiple other jobs, and supervised and followed up during the entire process. Would definitely hire again for any additional roof related work such as gutters, chimney, or sky lights - he stands behind everything he does and ensures satisfaction.

Working with Damion and DE RoofSmiths is by far the best home-improvement experience we've had so far. When choosing a roofer we did our due diligence and got multiple quotes. Only a few of them actually went on the roof to examine it, and those that did told us that there were some really bad holes up there and that the roof should be replaced ASAP (duh, we know! That's why we called!). When Damion came to give us an estimate, he too found the holes in the roof. However, instead of just telling us what we already knew, he patched the holes on the spot (at no charge to us) so that our home would be protected from rain while we waited to get the roof replaced. When we decided to hire Damion (his quote was the most competitive), this was the kind of service we continued to receive. At all stages of our roof replacement there was an uncanny attention to detail and service. Damion was excellent at communication, punctuality, and explaining the process to us. In addition to the actual roof replacement (which was done very quickly), he personally came over to check on every stage of the process (material delivery, dumpster delivery, dumpster pick-up, etc). He also put trim around the inside edge of our new skylight (something other roofers said they would not do) at no additional cost, and did a beautiful job. On top of all that, Damion is just a really nice, friendly, courteous guy (our cat loved him!). We simply cannot recommend DE RoofSmiths enough. Our roof looks great, our skylight looks great, and the whole experience was as painless as any major home improvement project can possibly be.

Damion was incredibly responsive. He got back to me immediately and was on time for all of our appointments. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His work was beautifully done in a very timely way. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend him.

Amazing!! Damien showed up with his Crew on time. They were all very professional. Damien came by at the end of every day to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy He even swept our deck and sidewalk to make sure that we didn’t track any debris into our home. A true professional!!

Great experience overall, he was able to come over and inspect the damage within a few hours of the call. He was the only one of 3 companies that showed up ready to work, the others just sent estimators to schedule work when their crews were available. Because I had enough spare shingles at the house, I was able to have him do the repairs that afternoon and they have held up great through the rest of the winter. His price was reasonable, 1 estimate was well over and the other a little under, but they weren't ready to work. Hopefully I won't have the need for him again for awhile, but when I do have other repairs needed. He'll be my first call.

What a delight. After wading through 5 different local roofers, Damion and his team came in right at our price point. He was wonderful to work with, punctual, always available to chat not to mention the quality of the work. superb. can not recommend them highly enough. After our neighbors witnessed his work, 2 hire him immediately to re-roof their houses. Call this man before you can't get on his schedule. second to none.

I had an excellent experience with the owner, who did all the work. He was responsive and punctual and did everything he said he would. A roof repair is really a blind item, so time will tell how good the work was, but I have no doubt that Damion Smith will stand behind his work. I would hire him again.

I called D E Roofsmiths and someone answered the phone in the first ring which was surprising to because everyone else I called I had leave a message. Damian came out two hours later the same day and was able to give me a estimate which was more than fair for a roof that was really steep. The whole process went very smoothly. Materials were delivered the night before. The roofing crew was here bright and early to start the job. All debris was cleaned up when the job was finished. The crew took about 8 hours from start to finish, having to scrape 3 instead of 2 layers off and waiting for a second dumpster to arrive, due to extra debris. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Work started immediately after supplies arrived, and the job was finished within a week. They were even able to repair some rotted wood where water damage had occurred due to the leaky old roof.

Damion did a great job for us. He was punctual, skilled and friendly to have around. Would highly recommend!

They dealt with unexpected problems--3 layers of shingles on the roof, an outdated skylight for which it was difficult to find a match--promptly and patiently. They did an excellent job not only of re-roofing but of cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend this company.
