I really wasn't completely satisfied with the job. I have a lot of trees. I have the job done about once a year. That's probably the worst one I've ever gotten. The guy didn't have a trailer to haul all the tree lengths away. He took what he could at the back of his truck. There were no additional charges. My dissatisfaction was that he didn't have the proper equipment. Part of the job required that he haul away all the tree lengths and stuff. He just took what he could at the back of his pick up. The quality was good.

Took 1.5 days. Overall cleaned up excellent and took care to put fence panel back in place. Would have gone much faster had they had a backup chainsaw as this was one tough tree.

They were awesome. I gave them a little more because their service was just amazing. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they were ever there.

Some initial problems with scheduling caused by moving issues on business' part. Worked hard to work out a schedule and perform the service as soon as possible. Service was performed excellently. We discussed what needed to be done and he and his coworker went straight to work. We are very satisfied with the result. <br />

They did a good job however when they arrived there they did not bring a ladder. They did about an hours worth of work and had to come back the next day because they needed their ladder. I did not have that day off only May 27th and I wanted it to be completed that day but they had to come back. They came back the 28th but I was not there. They did a good job but I wanted a little more of the branches to be cut off. When I talked with them about it, they said they would have to charge me more. I feel if they would have done it the first day they were there, I could have told them I needed more cut off and they would not have had to clean up twice. <br />
