They did my kitchen last year and they did a beautiful job, so I used them again for my bathroom and it’s just been a nightmare. They’ve been working on my bathroom for two months now and then we finally used the shower on Sunday night and it went through the flooring and knocked out kitchen ceiling. The tiles are wrong, plumbing is wrong, fixtures are wrong. They didn’t give me what I wanted. They are awful. They never show up on time and the owner never calls back, he never lets you know what’s going on until he tries to get some money out of you. I wouldn't recommend them at all and if I could get away with putting a big sign in front of their company, I would, but I am too old and too tired to do that.

We contacted the company to install kitchen counter tops.  Omar came to our house and took measurements    The office manager David Levine  provided an inaccurate estimate twice where the measurements were double the size of our kitchen.  When I called the owner of the business I finally received an accurate estimate.  Omar returned to assure us it was a honest mistake and he would personally handle our contract.  We trusted him and gave him a deposit for 50% of the total price.  He finally sent out his workers to install the counter tops.  The workers were more concerned with buying my old stove, I had in my kitchen, than provide good quality workmanship.  They did not install the counter tops properly.  They seams did not line up and there was excess overhang  on the edges.  I requested the edges to be done in the beveled design which Omar stated was easy and could be done.  The edges were not sanded and polished.  They were rough and dull.  Also, the island was not cut as discussed.  Two edges were rounded and two were cut at a 45 degree angle.  When questioned about this immediately, Omar stated he cut it because HE liked the cut despite what I requested.  He returned to our home per our request.  At that time, he stated the granite was defective (which we did not know, we paid for good quality granite) and he did not like an specific area on the slab he purchased.  He stated he would purchase another slab to correct the problem. We contacted him to get a status on our order.  He didn't return our calls.  I stopped payment on the final check that was paid on the day of installation.  Finally he contacted us regarding the status.  We contacted the granite wholesaler for assistance in locating another slab of granite that matched our selection.  We found out Omar never contacted them about the issue or attempted to find a replacement granite.    I called him regarding the corrections and had to find the extra granite myself.    I did all the leg work.  He stated it would take him 1.5 weeks to fabricate it correctly and he set a date to install it.  On the morning of the installation, his office manager David Levine called AFTER  the scheduled time to tell me it was raining and the installers did not work in the rain (my kitchen is inside).  I was furious. At that time, he made a disrespectful comment.  I told him how unprofessional his conduct was and I would not tolerate it.  Then, when I told him I was recording the call, he attempted be "nice."  <br /> After the incident with the officer manager, my husband and I contacted Omar approximately 12 times and he never returned any of our phone calls.  When we called the office, we were told he would call us back in 10 mins. We have never received a return call.  We drove to the business only to find it closed for the day and excess granite matching our selection in the trash pile in front of his business.  The incident took too long to handle.  <br /> We received the first estimate on July 3, 2012.  The incorrect/defective granite was installed on 7/20/2012. The corrected granite was scheduled to be installed on 08/10/2012, which was canceled.  Over 1 (one) month and we have do not have our granite installed properly and to our satisfaction. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY CONDUCT FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.  Unfortunately, we found out too late.

They did such a good job on my kitchen that I brought them back to do a bathroom.  The work was done beautifully... I am so happy with everything AGAIN!

Ephes came out and removed all the existing kitchen cabinets and put in beautiful new ones.  The selection was easy - they had a full selection of cabinets and I went with some of the cheaper ones, but they look and operate great!  The granite that I chose makes the whole project just pop!  I spent most of the day sitting in my kitchen enjoying the new look.  It makes me feel as giddy as a schoolgirl!  What an awesome experience!  Thanks so much!

They look absolutely great!  The process was easy - once I found the style I liked, the new stuff came in just a few days and the installers were only here about 1 hour.  I couldn't be happier!

The work was performed professionally & on time, and the finished product is just beautiful!
