My experience was great with this company! The owner/operator was in top of everything. He got back to me in a very timely manner and had a date and appointment set up in no time! The service was great! All my issues were resolved with the system! As well as had great prices! Top of the line work! I would definitely recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!!

All of a sudden in December 2022, my TV and refrigerator quit working. Upon checking I had 11 outlets that stopped working between the living room, dining room kitchen and family room. With Christmas so close I couldn’t afford to call anybody. Having 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren living with me , and being single, I used extension cords to operate the television and the refrigerator until I saved enough money to call an electrician. Finally 9 months later I thought I had enough saved to fix whatever was the problem. A friend recommended Design Heating and Cooling so I called them. The next day they were here and ended up rewiring half my home. All due to a mouse chewing a wire! No more extension cords and I highly recommend them for all your needs . Design heating and cooling came in and knocked it out! Only way it could have been faster is if it didn't need to be done. If I find myself needing work done I'm giving their service guy Taylor a call!

I had design heating and cooling come out to change out my furnace since it went out in the middle of January and they came out on a Saturday evening and stayed that day until the job was complete. They are an amazing company and have very competitive prices. I would highly recommend them!!

I called the company out to have my A/C replaced along with air handler. Gave me a pretty respectable price due to our current economy. Gave me options from top of the line equipment all the way down to more affordable options as well. Clean looking job very responsive and respectable well rounded guy, even maintenance my boiler took it apart cleaned my burners and and check water quality and safeties along with a combination check. Couldn’t be happier with the job and service! Thanks again!!!
