Came out and right away issue with telephone quote received. This was resolved and then complaining about the work. Stated that his work is guaranteed for one year, buy didn't put this on the receipt. After less than 6 months of minimal use of the shower because we spend the winters down south, the grout he repaired began to have issues. I can only review our experience which was less than desirable. Called wanting to get help and discuss the issue, but was given heavy pushback on the telephone, so we decided to let it go. It's not what he said, but how he said it that showed unprofessionalism. Again, can only document what happened to us and perhaps others with have better luck dealing with Keith.
