Luxury Vinyl Flooring Repair
Caution! Scam. Do not use Detail Construction. Refused to complete the agreed upon work. Left workers stranded at my home with no transportation with no explanation for why he left. Unprofessional.

"You liar you run the agent out your house you wanted your floor that you said was 150sqt then 200sq ft turns out 397sq ft in your basement takin up and Hall to the dump for $200 the agent told you NO also told you it will be a service charge to come and assess your basement floor which you agreed! then wanted your floor up for $200 and haul away which turned out to be 397sq ft the agent did not get stranded you just a complete liar and didn't pay the service charge after the agent told you No!"

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Hired Detailed construction workers to install a dog door on an existing door. The worker first cut the hole for the dog door and then ended up cutting the hole bigger. Them Then the hole was to big for the dog door to be installed. I ended up having to run to Home Depot to get another dog door that was bigger. He went ahead and installed the bigger door after cutting the hole he previously made even bigger. The dog door that is installed now is too big for the door doing all the way up to the window area of the door. The door that closes the door so dogs are kept inside will hardly open. There is gaps between the dog door and the wooden area of the door which now requires the entire door to be replaced. The door is not a standard size door so it will have to be custom ordered costing over $800. The worker was very unorganized and kept having to stop and make several calls for someone to bring him things he needed. This took him over 5 hours to do boot finishing until 11pm. He came out today and corrected the gap on doggy door make it fully sealed, he was supper helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the worked.

Drywall - Install
Work was really good, really understanding, good attitude, great communication, also im a very picky female lol and there was no feuding if I wanted them to fix something and I appreciate that, also there was no option for the job that he did so I just picked drywall but I had textured walls and didn’t like them so they smooth them out for me and also built me a entertainment center for my living room, I would definitely recommend this company.
