Contracted for interior and exterior work. Gave him a 50 percent deposit to start (5000.00). He started in the interior. The work quality was poor, and I told him I did not want him to do any more. I showed him the issues, he was full of excuses. I offered to pay for the time and materials, and wanted the balance of my deposit back. He was silent. I asked if he did not have the money, silent. His idea was he could paint the fence for the balance. I agreed. He cleaned the fence, and primed bare spots. Work was acceptable. He then said he would need more money to pait the fence. I said no. I feel ripped off. He worked short days, lrft cigarette butts around the exterior of my fence and no showed somw days.

We hired High Standard for a large project involving a variety of repairs and updates, and I honestly could not be more impressed with the quality of Dominicks work. One of the biggest jobs was repairing a textured ceiling, and the repair blended in seamlessly. You would never know there had been damage there at all. He also replaced baseboards, handled painting, and tackled a long list of other projects throughout the house. Every task was done with care, skill, and attention to detail. Beyond the workmanship, what really stood out was his professionalism and honesty. He was communicative, reliable, transparent with pricing, and never made us feel pressured or surprised by costs. It’s hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely trustworthy, and he was absolutely both. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone looking for quality work done right.

We hired Dominick to help us mount a glass whiteboard on the wall. He showed up at the promised time and was very professional and patient, making sure the board was properly aligned and carefully checking that he wasn’t hitting any electrical cables or pipes. Dominick at high standard contractor LLC , was very quick to respond , gave me an affordable estimate! Then demo’d my floor , leveled the base floor in places it needed !
