A price was quoted and accepted. Half way through the project, the owner added on another $500.00 for "additional coats". Really bad business practice. Buyer beware, be very specific with what's "included" in the quote.

"This client was clearly informed about additional charges for extra work requested by him! Otherwise, our painter wouldn't have proceeded with the work. He only requested 2 coats on staining really dark colors and decided to add 2 coats in total we did 5 coats and only charged for the 1st 3 and he still complained about the cost."

Ray did an amazing job sanding my front wood door, staining, and applying polyurethane. The door was destroyed in a hail storm, Ray bought it back to life. Front door looks better than it did before! You'll be glad you hired him, my wife and I sure are.
