The technician at Device Pitstop copied all the files on my hard drive, reinstalled the operating system to the factory setting, did all the updates and copied all the files from my hard drive back to my computer. When they were finished, all I had to do was to reinstall my programs and the computer was good to go. I also had them replace a keyboard that was not responding properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as the best technical support in the metropolitan area.

They tried to fix my ipad mini (Apple Store at MOA and Ridgedale had said it was not repairable) <br /> and when they were unsuccessful, they supplied me with a replacement <br /> ipad mini (newer and wifi enabled) for half the cost. Also fixed my <br /> iphone 5 camera (which Apple Store at MOA said was not repairable) for $40 and <br /> it has been working fine ever since. LOVE this place and tell <br /> everyone I know to use them for their device issues/repairs. <br />

They replaced my Iphone 6 screen. It went great and my phone looks like new. They did the replace in under a hour I was very pleased. This was my second time using their services. Last year my hard drive crashed on my laptop. They replaced the hard drive, restored the operating system and optimized the drive. The computer now works much faster than when it was new. <br />

Right now, my phone works. The battery took a long time to get there. But since the battery got in, they did call me right away and put the battery in my phone right away for me. Since then, my phone, that I bought from them, works. They could lower the cost.

When I went in there, it was going to be $100 to fix my cellphone. They told me it was going to take 15 minutes. After spending two hours there, I walked out with a bill of $240 and my phone wasn't fixed. They actually made it worse than it was to begin with, to the point that I actually had to buy a phone from them to replace the phone that they were going to repair. It was a real simple repair. They wrecked by phone first and then they sold me a new phone. The technician that was working on my cellphone and told me it's an easy 10 to 15 minutes fix, acted odd the whole time. He kept going to his boss on how to do this and how to do that. I wouldn't recommend them to a dog catcher. They were totally unacceptable. If you're going to use them, you have to know what the cost is before you're going in. Otherwise they're going to rip you off. From the minute I got in, I knew I had made a mistake. But by then they were working on my phone. They could have been honest with me and upfront and made the repair they said they were going to make. The whole time I was in there, all the employees did was criticize the stuff I had. I had a laptop with me. The guy came by and looked at that and he started criticizing my laptop. They were trying to get me to have my laptop fixed by them.
