Devine Cleaning

They are great.  I had them come back in February and that was just as great as the first time.

Both ladies were very nice and came promptly on time. I would hire them again.

This is the second time that I've had Devine Housecleaning clean my house. They were able to come when I requested and the 2 ladies who came were very pleasant. Both times, I was pleased with the cleaning services provided.

The experience was excellent!  She made an appointment to accommodate our schedule and was on time.  Work was meticulous.  The house was cleaned beautifully.  Her attention to detail and desire to satisfy were notable.  She was honest and a pleasure to deal with.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.  I plan to use them again. <br />

The cleaning went okay. It was not the best cleaning service that I had ever received, but it was not bad. There was a miscommunication because Devine charged me the $75 in my card. I had to step out and pick up my kids and I guess the person that came was either unaware of that or whatever. So, my wife paid her $75 again. That was no big deal because it was credited. Before I even called them, they called me having realized their mistake and they said that they could bring it back to me. I just told them to use it as a credit for their next visit and they said that was fine. I tried to book the next visit and tried to get them back on the phone to confirm a day and time via text and via the telephone. It took them two weeks to finally say when they were going to come, and then on the day they said they were going to come, they did not show. It was a Saturday and they did not call me or text me until the following Monday to say that they were sorry that they did not make it and said that they were only doing commercial properties now. So, they completely kind of left me on alert with this kind of them not doing residential anymore. They asked if I wanted my money back or if I wanted them to come clean my house anyway. I told them to send my money back and they did not send the money right away. I had to kind of stay on them and I finally got a money order in the mail yesterday. So, it was a really kind of a long drawn out not great experience. From that stand point, I would not rate them very highly. If they are only listed now as a commercial cleaning company and that is all that they are doing on Angie’s List, then, I am kind of she cleaned the place. I am sure that they are probably moving to commercial cleaning because it is a regular thing.

The person I normally use to clean was out of town and I needed to get the work done before she returned.  Divine was very accommodating and actually came to do the work in the evening within 3 days of my purchasing the deal on Angie's list.  It turned out to be horrible weather that evening and they were punctual and professional.  For the first time coming and under the conditions they did a good job.  A couple of areas were missed, but nothing major.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

Jay was late but her great personality more than made up for it. she did a great job of cleaning  Everything that got moved was put back in the exact spot and she dusted and wiped down things that had never been dusted or wiped down before, including the baseboards. I liked her a lot. I don't use a house cleaner regularly but I will definitely use her again when I do and I certainly recommend her. <br />
