Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
The job was Landscaping, not lawn care. $1750 got me a chewed up yard without doing the work agreed to. Rototilling and seed were all this guy did. The job was to include weed removal, fabric cover and mulch in the back area as well as adding topsoil and smoothing out the front yard. Demitrius does not really have a business. He works on a cash basis and owns very little equipment. He kept arguing with me over money and kept trying to jack the price u for work that was already agreed to under the original price. I cut him loose. He's not a pro.
