Rick assured us they could handle it, and they proved true to their word. Almost every day, there was someone on-site, diligently pushing the project forward. We even decided on some last-minute additions, including a heated floor and towel rack, and they accommodated these changes while still meeting the deadline. While I wasn't entirely pleased with the communication style of their design person, I later learned that this individual is no longer with the company. It seems it was a misalignment with their otherwise very transparent approach. In summary, I would certainly recommend their services!

Regarding the cost estimates, while Rick's quote was somewhat on the higher side, I was confident that I would receive exceptional value for my investment, which is why we ultimately chose them. My remodeling project had an incredibly tight deadline as we were under a lease that was about to end. Rick managed the project perfectly while making sure it will be done when we needed it. Even when some challenges arose, such as the discovery that our ducts needed replacement and one of our structural beams had termite damage, Rick responded by increasing the workforce rather than extending the finish date. Rick has assembled a fantastic team of professionals to work alongside him. From the architect to the designer, everyone was a pleasure to collaborate with. The entire process, from securing permits to ordering finishing materials, was exceptionally organized and well-planned. I fear I've been spoiled for life by the level of professionalism I experienced. The final result of their work far exceeded our expectations. I recommend Rick and Dezign Construction. The craftsmanship is high-quality, the process was extraordinarily well-managed and the communication was continuous. Our down-to-the-studs remodel was completed on time and on budget and we couldn't be happier with the result! I attribute this to the culture of his team, relationships with vendors and craftspeople, weekly (sometimes more) communication with us, a detailed estimate, expert project planning, and the ability to manage unexpected things that come up. Our house needed a lot of important work. We wanted to add heating, but it turned into a big renovation project with the help of BaRick. We talked to different companies for ideas, and Rick was friendly, nice, and asked helpful questions. He gave us three choices (Good / Better / Best) and explained why each could work. He knew the rules of our city and had good ideas to make our plans even better. In the end, we added 400 square feet and basically rebuilt the whole house. We upgraded everything - from the roof, to plumbing, to electricity, to the outside walls. The final result looks amazing, and we love the work that was done. The project finished on time, but it cost more than we planned because of unexpected things like lead and asbestos, and extra things we wanted, like a high ceiling in the living room and improving the front of the house. Rick kept the team on track and worked hard to finish as soon as possible. I really suggest Dezign Construction - especially Rick as the project manager. He was great at keeping everything on schedule, and Courtney had fantastic ideas for how things should look inside. We're proud that our kitchen & master bathroom are on their website. I know I might not be easy to work with, because I'm a project manager and my husband is an electrician. But Rick & his team handled us well and our home is much better now.
