The charge for replacing a pipe under my kitchen sink was $615. It took half an hour of the plumber's work and a $20 plastic pipe. The plumber did what appears to be a good job but the price was just absurdly high. I would recommend the services of D&F Plumbing only if you don't mind the inflated price. As for me, I will be asking my condo board to replace their recommendation of D&F with a warning about their pricing practices.

Derrick Miller is the best plumber. I live in a older home and he has successfully fixed my combo bath/shower when other plumbers said I would have to cut a hole through a wall to fix it. Also replaced my leaky kitchen faucet and it looks beautiful. He is personable, leaves the workplace clean, and is very knowledgeable about all issues.

I’m really hesitant whenever I have to find someone for home repairs because I’m afraid of being upcharged and convinced to buy something that I don’t need. John was straight forward and REALLY easy to work with. I felt like I was talking to an actual plumber and not a used car salesman. He fixed my emergency without pressuring me to buy more. But he did send me quotes for when I want to replace things. When I’m ready for that, I know who I’m calling.

We recently hired D&F Plumbing for a sewer scope service. They were hired to scope a residential sewer pipe and clear it if clogged. We pre-paid half the price plus a fee of almost $200. I wish we would have pushed back but it's hard to find a plumber and we felt stuck. After arriving they spent a few minutes looking at the job including finding a blockage about 5% of the way down the pipe. They stopped and left with a promise to return. They never returned to finish the job. We have been asking for them to return over $1,000 in payments and they will not respond to our calls or emails. We feel helpless and frustrated. Would not recommend this company.

Our experience with D&F Plumbing was very disappointing. We had a broken pipe leading from the street to our house in February. They performed the repair as expected. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance, and despite repeated calls from our insurance company and us, asking D&F to supply the insurance company with what they needed, they did not. Also, in the spring when we turned on our irrigation system, we found that D&F had broken an irrigation pipe in the process of fixing the water pipe. We had to hire a leak locator company, and a sprinkler repair company, to fix the problem. We provided pictures to D&F to prove that the damage was done by them and asked for reimbursement for the repairs. Again, despite repeated calls to the service manager Mike and others on the staff, none of our calls were returned. A company who is not willing to provide the information needed to get a full reimbursement from the insurance company, and also damages your property while fixing an issue and then doesn't take responsibility, is not a company that anyone should do business with. If I could provide zero stars, I would.
