Texas Sons Appliance Repair was very knowledgeable. I called them on a Friday to repair my washer and he came out the same day. Very polite and courteous. I was very impressed and will be calling them in the future.

Ethan was very professional, loyal and honest when he came out to look at our dryer on a Sunday. He gave us his very honest opinion and didn’t try to sale us a lot of parts we didn’t need. You don’t find that too much these days. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Ethan was an answered prayer. We previously had two technicians look at our food truck appliances and they claimed we had a propane leak. They insisted we needed to purchase brand new equipment which did not make sense considering the truck trailer had never been used. We called Ethan to request a second opinion and we are so thankful we did. He not only walked us through how to use our equipment but he informed us on the reason that our industrial equipment works differently from other commercial equipment and assured us that our equipment was working the way it should. He was honest, informative, and helpful. He could have taken advantage but he was very reasonable and fair with his pricing as well. My wife and I highly recommend him and we will be using him again for our future needs for appliances.
