Fort Worth house was FANTASTIC! Our house was an extremely tough job on an excessively scorching hot day. They did a beautiful job. I did have to have them come back and blow insulation where the crawl space to the other half of the house is located. It was understandable to have assumed we wanted it clear of insulation. Since we rarely go up in the attic, it was okay to fill the crawl space with "the pink stuff." They came the next day or so after I called. No hassles, no complaining, no trying to charge me extra for having to come back. They were wonderful! I've recommended them to some neighbors and friends.

Everything went very well--no surprises at all. Quote visit was on time and very professional. Arrival was on time and went very well and thorough job. Very good personnel to work with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for insulation work and/or other related items such as replacing wind turbines at the same time or bathroom exhaust vents.

The folks at DFW Home Insulation were great from start to finish. Allison handled all the scheduling and was very responsive. Jeremy came out for an estimate on Thursday, was prompt and professional, and had a quote ready right away. It was a very competitive so I signed up and they were able to come out and install my new attic insulation 2 days later. The day of the install they were were very prompt. The install took a little longer than expected because my house required some additional prep work, but they communicated with me about the extra time needed. Overall very pleased with the process and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have extra insulation added to their attic.

Graham and Jeremy were efficient, straightforward, personable, and extremely professional. Before starting to blow in the insulation, Graham gave me a walkthrough of their process/workflow. They were patient when I asked about some of the details of what they were doing as well. This is probably a minor point...but they were right on time (which hasn't always been my experience with scheduled work on the house). They also pointed out a small hole I had in a hard-to-stop-from-the-outside part of the roof under the overhang and made suggestions on how I could fix that myself.

Good initial consultation and quote, offered additional services for discount, followed up a few days later, arrived a bit late but notified me by email 2 hours ahead and called when they were on their way
