Project went over the indicated timeframe Salvador initially committed to. The bathroom and den remodel came out decent. Bathroom had some initial issues that which he later fixed. The biggest issue however, was with the new molding for the floor. Salvador (or his men) pierced a nail through the wall and into an HVAC line. The problem did not come up until the Spring as the project was completed in January and there was no need for AC at the time. After speaking with the Condo association and having a separate contractor come in to fix the issue, it was concluded that the nails from the new molding were the culprit. There was absolutely no doubt what caused the problem. When confronting Salvador, he denied it until i showed him proof the of corrupt pipe and how the his men tried to fix it without telling anyone. I also showed proof from the association stating there was no other updated to the floors/molding in over 10yrs. Salvador agreed to refund me only $500 even though the total bill was over $2500. HOWEVER, its been months and he has yet to pay or contact me.

DGM were excellent and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They removed our existing tile and replaced it with new on our balcony ensuring that it was pitched correctly. We are extremely happy with the work they did. Salvador And his team are professional friendly and wonderful to work with. Great job.

Salvador was very professional through out the project, they are very hardworking and clean. I would high recommend him to anyone!

We hired Salvador as a general contractor to renovate our kitchen and remove the living room and kitchen popcorn ceilings installed by the previous owners. Our quote only included the labor. We purchased separately the materials, appliances, cabinets, knobs, tiles, backsplash, countertop and lighting fixtures etc. From the beginning of our interaction with Salvador we liked that he was responsive, flexible with design changes and transparent about his work. Over the course of the project, Salvador presented all the receipts for any additional materials he purchased, he explained how all materials were used, he told us the plan for the next work day, he sent pictures of his daily progress, and he was easy to coordinate deliveries of appliances and cabinetry such that there were no missed appointments! On a few instances when specific aspects of the project came out different than expected, Salvador made the adjustments we wanted even if that meant that he had to re-do a day’s work. Overall, we had a great experience and are going to count on his help with future projects. Our kitchen renovation and new look get praised by everyone! 

Very responsive, excellent work, cleaned up after work was complete. Very friendly. Hired to prep area for new bathroom vanity install and to install the new cabinet and faucets/plumbing. Would definitely hire for additional work in the future as it is needed.

Salvador came almost immediately after I requested a quote, he sent me an estimate the same day, and then the next day he and a colleague came over and finished the job in only a few hours. I'm very impressed by how quickly and thoroughly they got the job done.

Salvatore and his team were quick, experienced, efficient, and gave professional recommendations and expertise to increase value of our home. We were so pleased with their expertise we asked him to walk they our new home with us for estimates and recommendations. DGM renovated our new home removing carpeting and installing wood floors, painting, putting crown molding, installing window treatments, install light fixtures, install bathroom vanity and tile, etc. Salvatore and his team are the only ones we call for al our contracting needs!

Contractor works fast. Good job at a good price ! The contractor was courteous and friendly. I received a damaged bathroom vanity top from Lowes. He made the effort to meet me at Lowes and pick out a vanity top that was not damaged and he carried it to the apartment. I also needed extra supplies and tile from Home Depot and he was willing on a Saturday night to try his best to get these items. He worked weekends to get the job done ! The kitchen and bathroom of the apartment looked great after he was done !

Everything went smoothly and beautifully. <br>They were professional, courteous, reliable, and good natured. <br>Everything that they worked on and built looks great and functions well. <br> <br>We had one tweak that we needed on the wrought iron fence and they made the correction without an increase in price or a complaint. True professionals who take pride in their work. <br> <br> <br>

Luckily he was still able to repair it and also fix a piece in our vanity just because he saw it was broken at now extra charge! The fee was cheaper than the local plumber and they did an amazing job. I would definitely hire him and his team again, courteous and really helped us out of a bind (we'd have to replace the whole shower piece if he wasn't able to fix it).

DGM treated our home like it was theirs. They took so much pride in their work and did an awesome job.
