About us
You might like to know that you’re buying the right equipment and getting it at a fair price. **WE SPECIALIZE IN HOME STEREO AND THEATRE SYSTEMS**There's a proven way to do that - good planning. With 20 years professional experience I know what to ask you whether you’re an avid enthusiast or a novice. I know what to look for in your home (i.e. infrastructure). And, we talk. After we're done planning, you've got one very solid solution. (And, this is what I love doing!) A manufacturer-authorized dealer, you pay no more for product bought through me than you would from a brick-and-mortar store. You benefit from my lack of overhead expense - mine is a home-office - by paying less for installation. You get my support after the sale so you don’t have to deal with frustrating tech-support lines. DH Audio and Home Theater offers wired and wireless speakers, TVs, home theaters, acoustic room treatments, equipment cabinets, and Wifi-Network systems.

"The customer called for help with a pre-existing race-car simulator system. He wanted the installation to look neater. I explained that this isn't the type of thing I sell but that the audio and video portion of it should have enough overlap with what do that I can figure it out. The customer agreed to a survey and consultation. This is how most jobs get started. The work happens during the second visit. This was explained to the customer. I agreed that if the work could be taken care of during the survey visit I would. Enough time was left in that day's work schedule for that very purpose. At the survey/consultation it was agreed that the wires outside of the wall would be neatened. Much of the wiring that was outside of the walls cannot, by code, be run through the walls. This was explained to the customer. The wires were neatened, wires that could be gotten rid of were, and a sound system -- a system used in tandem with the racing simulator -- was restored as it hadn't been fully connected. The sound system was non-standard, something aimed at the gaming market, and hooks up very differently than audio gear sold for the home audio and home theater market -- my business's market. I figured it out -- something the customer said others couldn't do. I showed the customer how to use the sound system. Ideas were discussed about what could further be done to neaten the look of the installation. The customer paid at the agreed upon rate. It's true that I missed the originally scheduled appointment, due to events out of my control. I came later the same day. It's true that my back was hurting. The customer's son helped me move something heavy and, at my direction, helped me rerouting some of the wires that were very low."
