Fantastic experience! This company is very professional and did an outstanding job! We have referred them to many friends when they are ready for tree work and will keep referring to anyone we come across. Please don't hesitate to call them you will not be disappointed.

Was under the impression that they would grind large stumps and remove the debris from area and not just pile it up at edge of my yard. I won't hire them again because for $2000 price tag, I only got $800 worth of work.

"(A) i tell EVERYONE I DONT stump grind, i dont even own one.... (i can refer u to a sister company but idk what he'll even charge ya)!!!! (B) for 2 we took down a large evergreen tree, cleaned up a huge natural area (that was all grew up and horrible), uplimbed a huge magnolia tree 12ft, and uplimbed 9 trees beside ur driveway.... thats over 2k worth.... (C) u wasnt even able to pay me ur dad did, plus i drove him to town to the bank so HE could pay. U even conversed with us and seen the video and was overly pleased.... (D) u talked to my sister in a preversed manner and some of the comments u made was down right disrespectful and ignorant for a male to say to her.... comments along the line of "Me & my wife would love to take u to school if u want to come over Saturday now that u know where we live".... totally unacceptable especially since u scared her!!!! (E) U continued to send her perverse messages on FB (that we can show anyone who doesnt believe this), she shut u down and told u to leave her alone so u get upset and write a bad review???? thats really lower than the comments u made to her.... Very courteous, on time. Did a quick scan of areas and thought fine. Went back and they are not done and areas done were terrible. For what I paid, very disappointed

"Mrs.[Member Name Removed] thats not what happened, we personally walked u around the house and what was ur exact words "Omg yall it looks better than i would have thought".... The ONLY issue we had that day was our hedge trimmers was accidentally left on a previous job (hour away) and i told u personally "We can try to use the saw to clean up ur bushes if u dont mind, but with them being bald n sparse it might make em even more sparse than now".... U personally told me to go ahead with the job"... We took everything off of ur home so u could have ur vinyl siding replaced and blew the whole yard of leaves, which u said "U guys cleaned up all of my leaves and made the whole yard look fantastic, thank you ya young men".... We did EXACTLY what u asked of us, walked around the yard WITH U, and u was tickled pink.... i even said "If there's anything whatsoever u want done, enhanced, or trimmed even more just lmk and we'll gladly come back and do it for u".... I have yet to receive a call or text from you!!!! And I've even sent numerous text to u with NO reply or response...., we strive for customer satisfaction and our GOOD reviews so if theres anything whatsoever again we can do to resolve this matter PLEASE let me know.... Also, the job was 1500 NOT 1750 so i have NO idea where that number came from.... Just take the time to call me and fix this matter please.... thank u and may God bless...."

It was a wonderful experience. Very welcoming family business. They did the labor right then and got the tree down just in a nick of time before a big storm hit. They had very good pricing that was about half that of the other services. They offer full service of tree removal, stump grinding and clean up and basically everything! I was amazed with the quality of service. When we were talking it was my son's birthday and he even gave my son a couple little birthday presents!

They worked for three days. The service went beautifully. They worked together as a team. They worked harmoniously. They were respectful. They worked in the heat at the time. Those young people worked with their elders beautifully. Their price was even half the other contractor gave me. They care about the people they are working for. They also cared about the property they are working on.

"All i am gonna say sir is u KNOW better and so do i.... My contract says different, and for (1) u NEVER paid the set price of $8k.... (2) all 23 of yall was intoxicated and hateful/belligerent to my employess.... (3) NO cleanup was priced & thats the whole issue with u, we couldnt come to a mutual agreement on a haul away/cleanup price and now ur telling LIES on my company and name and thats NOT right.... (4) 5 huge 6-8ft around trees at ur house was taken down plus MANY MANY more, 2 of them trees alone was what we charged u for the total job, be grateful u was given a helluva deal like that and we treated yall with the upmost respect and courtesy at all times and for what in return? to be cursed n called names and made fun of? totally rude.... Legal actions? Slandering my name falls right into that category sir.... but u have a blessed day...."

I called on a Friday to inquire about having a dead tree taken down. There was a storm coming on Moday so timing was critical to avoid potential storm damage. They were out here by midday Saturday to take a look and were able to take the tree down on the spot.

Wow. What a fast, efficient, and affordable job! Chris drove over 30 minutes JUST to quote me on a job and had me sold. How could I pass on that price? Before he and the team left my yard (on the same day), they took care of 2 tree trimmings, cut down a massive dead tree in my yard, and left my yard cleaner than they came! An honest family company that does the job right the first time. I've already recommended D&H Tree Service to my neighbor and will definitely be using them in the future.
