"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], As the owner of Dial-A-MAID, I am responding to your review on Angie's List written October 14th, 2016 with regards to your house cleaning service in August of 2016. I am very sorry to hear your experience with my company was not up to your satisfaction. We strive to always provide professional, exceptional service to our clients. We actually have a policy in place that extends a guarantee to all of our clients if you are not completely satisfied with our service. We ask that clients call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and provide us with details of what was not cleaned up to their expectations. At Dial-A-MAID, we alway also try to schedule a re-cleaning appointment at no cost to our client on the following business day. Our team returns to the home and addresses the areas of concern. After the re-cleaning, if there are still have concerns regarding the cleaning, we will meet with our client in their home to review the issues. If we are unable to address all the concerns we will credit the cost of the cleaning to their account. It would have been our hope that you let us know right away that you were dissatisfied with your service - our goal is to exceed your expectations - the first time around! "The client was called after the services were performed to be certain she was completely happy, however several days later she returned the call complaining she had been overcharged. The office assistant informed her that $165.00 was the standard rate for an initial cleaning, but she would have the owner call her back before the end of business today. When Juanita came in she immediately pulled the initial lead sheet with the quote. On the lead sheet and per the phone conversation the client was told she would be give a range from $125-165 since we had never seen or cleaned her home. $165.00 is our standard (2) hr. minimum. The client agreed and proceeded to give her credit card to confirm the cleaning. We offer 100% quality satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied a supervisor and the team is scheduled to return and clean the item the client is unhappy with. The client must call our office within 24 hrs. of the cleaning. Juanita called two days and left messages for the client to call back so they can discuss her frustration, however she never did. All inbound and outbound calls are recorded and we are certain this client would have to admit after listening to the call she agreed to the cost and the scope of service."
