Service was good but price was very high for this type of service.

Not good. Was charged three times the going amount for the replacement. They never gave me a detailed bid or anything to sign but did the work and claimed because I paid for a deposit that it justified them charging me $17,550 for replacing two water heaters. Have since reported them to the State Contractors Board.

Our air conditioner wasn't working properly. The technician arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the capacitor and charged a fair price. I was impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and fairness of this company.

Since 1987, no one has provided this service and my sink clogs up every year.  Come to find out, the original pluming has a low area where food builds up and eventually clogs.  Now I know "why" it clogs, where it is, what I need to do to fix it.  House remodel is coming and that can now be addressed.  Great job Johnny B. He is also going to bid the plumbing for the remodel. I appreciate a professional and Johnny is one.   Thanks JB

Worst experience every with a plumber. They came out for a pre-paid maintenance of my water heater. After 5 minutes of flushing the guy decided to stop because, supposedly, the drain valve was too small to let sentiment through. He did not bother to check the anodes or anything else on the unit.  So, I ask him to check the A/C unit, to which he basically washed it down with a garden hose. I could have done that. Then he wrote a proposed maintenance bill for the water heater totaling over $2,000. The parts quoted would have cost from $200 to $300. I looked up the prices on-line and found that these were about $20 items. Do not use these guys. They will rip you off. <br />

They came and used their "snake" to get things moving again.  This was the second time we called them within the past month.  The roots from the big tree in front of our house had gotten into the pipes.  They diagnosed that problem right away.  They responded very quickly both times.  The gentleman was very friendly and he really knew his business which made me feel very confident.  Their prices, I thought, were very reasonable.  Plumbing is one of those services you want a plumber who knows what their doing and doesn't take advantage of a client who knows nothing about plumbing.  I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.  This is a number I most definitely will put in my address book. <br />

Gary arrived within the promised time & completed the work in about an hour. The service was a bit pricy $400+, but hey, it's Saturday. Would definitely use them again. <br />

I called at 7:30 this morning and set up a time slot of 10-12 for the plumber to arrive. Got a call at 9:45 that the plumber would arrive within 30 minutes.15 minutes later the Gary the plumber was at the door. I showed him the leaky pipe and he checked it out to make sure there wasn't any other problem and gave me an estimate of $125. He asked if it was OK if he let himself in and out of the door when he went to  get tools etc from his truck, which was much appreciated since I have little kids and pets running around the house. He also wore booties in the house. He was friendly to my 2 small children who were fascinated with the process of fixing the pipe. In just a few minutes he completed the repair, asked if we had any other plumbing problems and asked if he could check the house water pressure before he left. We did the paperwork and he was gone after being here less than an hour. <br /> Friendly, fast and it appears to be well done. <br />

We had a very good experience with them. They came out for the first time, and they didn't charge us anything for the maintenance fee. They have one particular guy, his name is Sean, and he is a really nice guy. He explains everything, he tells us how to take care of our air condition system, he was very good. I approve of them 100%.

As usual, pretty routine. There were no surprises. <br />

I called service for backup toilets and initially was quoted that service would start from $99.  Shawn, the plumber, came and diagnosed that the problem was with my main sewer line.  He explained that auger(snaking) the toilet at the quoted $99 wouldn't probably fix it and, thereby, offer to hydro-jet the main line for $750.  I thought the hydro-jet quote was high and asked him just to auger the one toilet.  He compiled and, of course, that didn't fix the issue.  In the end, he charged me only $69 instead of the quoted $99.

Everything went well.  The father-son team was very polite, actually arrived a bit early, and even wore booties while in the house.  Furthermore, they didn't charge us for a service call since we signed a maintenance contract with them, and they did a good job with both tasks.

I called them because the old toilet's tank had cracked and needed to be replaced immediately.  They were pricey, but the gentleman was very nice, arrived on time, and did a good job with the installation.

They were nice and professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job.  However, their price was inordinately high, and we later learned through our own research that they had grossly overcharged for parts and labor.  Ultimately, we stopped using them because their prices had become so high.

It went great.  He arrived promptly.  He was very friendly and professional.  On completion of the job all drains were flowing 100% with no back-ups.  <br /> <br /> <br />

For minor plumbing repairs, this is the WRONG plumbing service to use. I relied on Angie's List to give me a great recommendation over the phone, and I didn't get a firm quote from Dial One Sonshine Plumbing beforehand. My mistake. <br /> However, for a simple stopped-up kitchen drain cleanout, this firm wanted to charge me more than $400, which was insane. We protested and they cut the price to about $235. The two plumbers were here for less than 1 hour. The plumbers didn't trust the homeowners' judgment that the problem only required a simple snaking in the wall, which proved to be true. Instead, they first tried a more complicated procedure that didn't work. <br /> I would not use this plumber again. <br />

I was happy but they did overcharge me for the thermostat because we bought the same thermostat at Lowe’s for a lot less money.  The work was good but they did charge too much for parts.  They were very prompt, they came out, they did a good job but they charged us a lot for the service tax, they charged about a $120 for about a $50 service charge.  The service call was a fair price but the price for parts was not.  They were good and they did a good job.  They showed up on time, they fixed the problem and it was clean and nice.  I have no complaints there.  I probably will not use them because of the cost of the parts.
