Michael Caskey from Diamond Aire was fantastic. The ac that cools all our bedrooms went out and it was unbearable. Michael went above and beyond to repair it within 24 hours and even fixed something that wasn't included in the quote. We couldn't have afforded it otherwise.

Such a fantastic company to work with. The helpful customer service had a technician at my house within 2 hours and thankfully fixed the issue the same afternoon. Wonderful experience.

Professional installation of ductwork. They even price matched another competitor. Furnace unit is only 2 years old but they even adjusted the unit so it would run more efficiently. There was a miscommunication between their team members in the beginning but you could tell they ACTUALLY CARED and were very apologetic and made the corrections. I would recommend these folks if you need a/c work done.

Scheduling: Booking was quick and easy — I called and got an appointment within 1 day. They sent a confirmation text and a heads-up when the technician was on the way, which I appreciated. Technician: Brandon arrived on time, was professional, and wore shoe covers before coming inside. He took the time to explain what he was checking and why, which made the whole process feel transparent rather than rushed. Service quality: He performed a full inspection — checked refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced the air filter, and tested the thermostat calibration. He also caught [a minor issue (a dirty capacitor) before it became a bigger problem, which saved me from a potential breakdown mid-summer. Pricing: The cost was reasonable and felt fair for the scope of work. No hidden fees, and they gave me a written breakdown before starting anything extra. Results: My AC is running noticeably cooler and quieter now. The whole visit took about 1 hour. Overall, a smooth, honest, and thorough experience.
