First job went well. Hired for a second unit in the same building and quality dropped as well as significant price increase. Unprofessional with my tenants as he got into a big argument with a tenant over parking. The tenant was wrong but he couldn’t walk away and let me deal with it.

"I am sorry that you feel this way. I simply stood up for my employee, who was literally being verbally abused by the tenant while the owner did nothing. I charged the owner thousands less for what anyone else would have charged when the entire apartment floor had to be jacked up from the foundation. The entire floor was rotted with black mold and other types of mold on the cross members with a 3 inch gap separating the floor from the bottom of the wall. I did everything I could with the materials that the owner provided and the timeframe that was alloted. I would be more than happy to post before and after pictures of the work that was done."

The Owner Jason and his Strongman crew took the time and patience to work with our old home in Dayton, Ohio in January 2023 to install new vinyl hardwood flooring, in our dining room, living room, bathroom. He even informed us of where to go get our discounted flooring at very affordable at prices. He and his associate were very professional and informative in providing insightful feedback best to suit our home needs to look the best it can be for future upgrades. Beautifully. I had another company install new tiles in the kitchen. They didn’t install them correctly. Jason took up all the tiles and cleaned up all the dirt and debris underneath that the previous company left. He re-used as many tiles as he could and installed them perfectly. He made sure that the tiles were locked in properly and made sure there was proper spacing between the walls and the tiles by using spacers. They cleaned as they went and made sure there was as little dust as possible since I have asthma. Very prompt. They did exactly what I wanted done. The floor turned out absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire Jason again.
