Diamond Cut Solutions was very responsive and reasonably priced. They did quality work. The project was complicated because I was engaging Diamond Cut snd paying for the railing but it was being installed on my daughter's front steps half a continent away. I live in MA snd she lives in MN. So we had to go around on the design of the railings. The changes she wanted changed the original estimate I had a greed to, but Diamond Cut was able to make adjustments to the price quickly so that the railings got installed before snow came -- my goal. My daughter said the people who did the installations were very friendly and communicative.

Everything was like clockwork. They got back to me right away gave me an estimate with two options 'repair or replace. I chose repair and my two five step railings look and function just like brand new! Pricing was entirely Fair . The guys were also very personable and their communication was excellent as to when they would be here, exactly how they do the repairs , and etc. All in all a very good experience!!

We couldn’t be more delighted with our railing. It was a custom design and beautifully constructed. We called three others, two said the job was too small and the third company’s estimate was nearly twice what Diamond Cut estimated. We really enjoyed working with them.

They did a fantastic job. Replaced our old white spindles in the main staircase with sleek modern iron ones. They were professional, friendly and got things done right and on time. Highly recommend.
