The owner of the company, who made the initial visit, was very professional and seemed to be dedicated to running a business that would get repeat business, so I am not sure about how he goes about evaluating the quality of his employees work. There were three guys that arrived to do the job. I saw one on the riding mower in the back yard and one using the weed eater in the back yard (I did not check the front yard while they were working). They came to the door when they were finished for payment. (1) The cut jo on my yard was uneven (in that in some areas the grass was higher). (2)The weed-eating job was sloppy and nonexistent in crucial areas such as my patio, close to the fence in spots. and maybe the worst (3) they did not blow the grass cuttings off of the patio, sidewalk, and driveway, so you know that there were clumps of grass cuttings all over the yard, front and back! I was impressed that the owner texted me the following week to see if I wanted a return visit and I simply said no, because, as you can see from what I put here, my reasons were too long to put in a text.

"I am very sorry that you were not satisfied. My employee did a walk around with this customer as we do with all other customers at the end of the initial visit. At any time was any of this pointed out. I believe the issue would have been fixed on site that day if this was the case. This lady also advised the employee that this was a one time service because her longtime landscaper was ill that week. Which is totally fine. I called last week for a follow up and none of this was not mentioned. We have some pretty big accounts with retail companies in the area. Have not one complaint. If something was ever missed, it was taken care of on site."
