Diamond ITR Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

DIAMOND ITR Suffolk County Service (631)757-1750 I had a Fujitsu Mini Split installed at my home on 6/3/2019. The unit malfunctioned and leaked water into my wall. I have repeatedly called David Berger the installer and he has not returned my calls. The unit is either defective or improperly installed. This is not the first time he has installed a unit that caused water damage (he repaired the first unit). I have spoken to his answering service multiple times and have left him voicemails and texts to his mobile phone. He has failed to reply, despite multiple promises from his answering service. His truck states he is licensed and insured. I will have the unit repaired at my own expense. I left a message with his service that I expect to be compensated for any necessary repairs to the unit and may damage to my wall. I have texted messages to him on July 2nd, July 6th,, July 7th, July 13th, July 15th, August 8th, August 19th, August 30th, and September 9th with no reply. I have received multiple promises from his answering service that he would call me. No response yet.

Called late at night for an emergency visit. Was called early the next morning for an appointment. Workman was a little late, but was advised of this prior. Very professional attitude and was able to quickly diagnose problem(s) and suggest various fixes depending on budget. I chose the more expensive fix (new sink fixtures), as I had issues with the current setup for awhile. Workman advised me of the cost and left to pick up supplies. He came back the same day and was able to install and resolve all issues I had with plumbing. Very pleased with work done. Workman cleaned up after himself and the bathroom was actually cleaner after he left. Very pleasant individual who was respectful and professional. Would recommend highly and - if I have future issues with plumbing around my home - will call again. <br />

<p>It was a GREAT experience.  David Berger came right over (within the hour as promised) when he heard that we had no heat since the night before, which was one of the coldest nights of the year.  He was very professional and could not have been more helpful.  I will recommend him to all my family and friends. </p>

The company was very responsive to my need to fix a gas leak in my basement.I called them one night and the next day they were there.They were late but owner called to notify me of the tech(also an owner) running late so I was fine with that.I liked that the owners are the ones doing the work,not untrained techs.I initially had one gas leak I knew of but the owner found a second one.They gave me an estimate I agreed and they got to work.The work was done professionally and they even rerouted the gas line for me while fixing the leak.All in all very good experience.Look forward to working with them in the future.
