If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called and spoke to Eric about a quote on a deep clean of my house. I told him the total square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how many pets I had. When he came with his team of three people today (2 of which looked to maybe be high schoolers) arrived we went over the house showed him the completely empty room that I needed DEEP cleaned as it is supposed to be my nursery for my baby and then showed him the rest of the house. I was told on the phone that my quote was between $325-425 for the WHOLE HOUSE. Now because the nursery is empty currently and everything is in our spare room I had told him not to worry about that room when he had got here earlier today & the office he could just do his best in because I knew it was a bit cluttered. Eric and his team not only arrived over an hour late but they didn't clean my house. They smeared dirt everywhere and swept dog hair all over my home. The walls which he said would be cleaned where there was empty space did not get cleaned. I literally went over it with a Clorox wipe and got stuff off the walls, but was told that they had cleaned them and that he didn't do vaulted ceilings so that's why there was still cobwebs in the corners of my rooms EVEN THOUGH the corners I was referring to were not vaulted and are standard ceiling height. My showers were "cleaned" but the outside still had dirt and mold. The window seals and blinds were only dusted in my master bedroom and no where else. The top of the fridge, cabinets, oven hood, and trash can weren't even touched. The grout wasn't touched, neither were the tops of my ceiling fans (ones that were at standard height), my floors were "mopped" and "swept" and yet there's foot prints and dog hair/dirt all over them still. My floors look worse now than they did before they got here. The only thing positive thing that I can say is that my mirrors are cleaned. I am 6.5 months pregnant and hired someone to deep clean my house because I cannot work with chemicals, nor do I have the physical ability to do a lot of the things that needed to be done. When he left he tried to tell me that my bill was $500 which was over what I was quoted. I told him that I was not paying that as that is not what we had agreed upon, he end up having to do all four rooms that were in the original quote and that my house was not cleaned. This was the biggest waste of $425 I have ever spent in my life, because now I am left here having to clean my house after paying for a so called "DEEP clean" because my house looks worse now than it did before they came. OH and to top it all off they left **** in my toilet. SOOOO extremely unprofessional, I cannot stress enough how much you should not hire these people unless you want a house dirtier than you left it.
