We had a bad experience with T-n-T unfortunately. In July, we asked for help with cleaning an additional area of our home and offered to pay extra for that. We were repeatedly told when they came that they did not have time, then 8 months later were told for the first time that they would need special equipment to do it. We would have been happy to find someone else, but for them not to do the work because they do not have time for 8 months and then tell us only then that they need special equipment was both unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. They are not a professional cleaning service and can only provide services outside of their working hours. We did our best to help them and even paid them extra, despite having to clean our kitchen and bathrooms again ourselves after they cleaned.
