Did a great job!

The team arrived on time and did a good job. There were places where dust remained (e.g. top of windows) after they were finished.

House was literally sparkling clean!!

The areas they cleaned were good but they did nothing with the refrigerator or oven which has always been done with my other deep cleaning. I also felt that I was overcharged. My home is a two story with two bedrooms and a great room upstairs. Total size is 3200 square feet. Others have figure 2400 down and 800 up. Since we don’t use upstairs I told her not to do it and also the laundry room downstairs. But she insisted that it was at least 2800 sq ft that she did. She insisted that I pay her $369. She said the special that was advertised was a $169 for 2000 square feet and she charged .20 per square foot over. Mind you, there was know measuring done. It took 30 minutes discussing this because she would pretend she could not understand because of language differences when I was making a valid point. Finally I just paid her to get her out.

But I was promised a thorough kitchen cleaning out my cabinets and drawers were never touched. A towel rack and one bathroom was broken in the shower and tile in my downstairs bathroom was never touched. Not much of a deep cleaning.

Great! Folks arrived a few minutes early. There were 4 Women and they went to work immediately...never stopped - cleaned everything including my blinds and wiped out oven. Vacuumed the dickens out of my wall to wall carpeting...even moved furniture to get at surfaces underneath. Very pleasant and should feel proud if this is the type of service they always provide.

They were prompt, pleasant, and efficient. Did all I asked for and more. This is the first time I've had cleaning done for me, but health issues are making it hard for me to take care of everything, so I haven't been on top of things that needed to be done. I'm also a bit hesitant about having people I don't know in my house. Monica and her sister were clean and competent so I didn't have any concerns. The price would be too high for regular cleaning, but they were so thorough it was reasonable, especially as I'd found a coupon. I highly recommend Diamonds Housecleaning Service.

Monica was super friendly and very fast to respond and set appointment. 2 other ladies showed up with her, both very friendly. I’m unsure how long they were there as I had a mtg across town. When I returned, on the surface was happy, looked like a good cleaning I’ve had done numerous times for around $80. Over the next couple of days I noticed things like dust cluttered in corners that weren’t wiped, splatter on baseboard in kitchen, dead bugs and paint chips from window - none of that wiped or vacuumed up. I am not a messy person, it’s not like they had to get through layers of filth on anything. Then things like not relining the trash cans in bedroom and bathrooms, plenty of bags in cabinet and under sink right where I showed them the large black bags. 2 days after, I sent text to Monica and the pictures of some of what I had to go over and clean myself. She did apologize and offered to come over that evening, but I explained I had family coming in from out of town and I was having to do myself and that was the end of communication. I am not saying they did a “bad” job necessarily, there was a pleasant surprise that they had thoroughly cleaned out trash can in laundry room which was unexpected. The refrigerator, was much much better, still crevices I had to go back and clean, but unimpressed with oven cleaning. I just felt very ripped off for the amount of money I paid (and left tip ahead because I wouldn’t be back by time completed.) Not recommended for deep cleaning.

I have used them before and was very pleased. In fact my neighbor used them, too. She was very pleased. We will both use them again. It's all in the details with house cleaning. I had a list of things. They cleaned those things and more. They even offered to change the beds and wash the sheets (I declined). I wish I could afford them more often.

Monica & Lily are terrific. Arrived on-time & worked for 3 hours. Deal was $169 & well worth it. Hoped to secure Diamond Service on a regular basis, but the quoted price was too high due to the distance to our house.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect so I made a priority list of things I needed accomplished and she followed it perfectly. I am a very picky customer and when she left I found very little to critique. She was friendly, and I trusted her in my home.

It went really, really well. They did a really great job and cleaned everything they said they would. We were very happy with the service and would use them again. I've used cleaning companies in the past who did NOT do a thorough job... they left streaks on the floors and fridge, dirt on the baseboards, etc. These ladies got everything perfect. Really happy with the work they did.

Better than expected- I needed someone to come a few days before Thanksgiving and they worked heir shedule around to fit me in! Very kind, polite, thorough, and they even offered to vacuum upstairs right before they left!

Well and I will hire them again.

These ladies were great! Stayed in contact with me about when was a good time to come work and they arrived and got right to work and did great!!! I'll definitely hire them back again!!

The ladies did a great job! They cleaned everything listed, plus cleaned and straightened a few things I didn't expect! cleaned ! I would definitely have them come back on a regular basis, but it would be too expensive for both of us. They do not have any other clients in my area and would have to drive about 45 minutes each way.
