Santos takes the time to really understand what you need and makes sure it’s done right with a clear explanation of his reasoning on how things are done. We’ve had Santos come out for multiple projects but most recently was a full install of new construction windows throughout our house. The work is excellent and last night is the first night we weren’t kept awake or woken up by outside noise in a long time. Can’t thank Santos enough and looking forward to working with him well into the future!

Needed drywall repaired in the ceiling from water damage due to a pinhole in piping. Received a few options from Angie’s list and decided to call Diaz R. Home Remodeling. Promptly received a call from Santos. I needed an estimate and explained what needed to be done, and sent a photo. Instead of giving an estimate over the phone, he asked if he could stop by to view the job then give an estimate same day. Gave him the address, told me he should be arriving about 35- 40 mins. Right away I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He went over what had to be done and explained the steps he takes to insure no mess, everything would be covered, that also meant outside too. Talking about being impressed it was beyond what I imagined. He’s professional, friendly and knowledgeable and a straight up devoted business man. After a few days due to my availability we scheduled a date. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding job Santo and crew have done.. Excellent work!

I hired Santos, the owner of Diaz Home remodel based on Angie?s ratings. I had about 50k of work done. A few months after work was completed I noticed the paint on the second floor hallway ceiling started to peal and crack, then noticed it on the first floor ceiling. This was clearly bad prep work on the painters he hired. I?ve tried to reach out to him but he has not responded, my next move is small claims court. I?d say stay clear. Will update this if he tries to make it right. But I?m not holding my breath.

The company did a great job in remodeling our bathroom. There was a lot of takedown required since our prior bath was sand and cement. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum, they cleaned up at the end of every workday, and they finished the project on time. They did an awesome job and we will definitely call them back.
