Dan was extremely helpful from the beginning. He got straight to the point and explained everything with so much detail. His quote was very, very reasonable! I won’t do business with anyone else! Highly recommend.

This was originally a 5 star review. However, the "repair" that this company put in place in October.24 (for 2 pipe boot replacements) gave out during heavy rains recently. I contacted Angel Diaz 6/4/25 to discuss, and he indicated he would come out and take a look that evening. He did not, nor did he come out 6/5. He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue. Instead of paying Mr. Diaz for his services flush your money down the toilet, find a new company, and save yourself the trouble.

Quick quote and stayed on budget. Had the garage roof done as well as gutters on the whole house. Both work crews were quick, polite, and kept the area clean.
