After several plumbers....i FINALLY have an answer to my issues.

Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them.

They did an excellent job! It was a difficult repair, with some very challenging "wrinkles". I'm so glad I got someone who knew what they were doing, since it was a challenging situation. I'm very, very pleased with the job they did and how they did it!

Mike does a fantastic job. He toiled away all day and checked, rechecked, and then rechecked all the repairs to be sure there were absolutely no leaks. About the most thorough plumber I have ever used. I found the prices to be very competitive with other bids I'd received. I'm glad we went with Dick Ray plumbing.

Based on photos i sent of the valve they gave me a price over the phone and that was what i paid. It took them an hour and the tech answered some other plumbing questions.

The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again.

Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. Besides their most excellent service, I have never dealt with any service related company who has higher standards. Their extreme honesty and work ethic are beyond compare. Every person with whom we've dealt or spoken in the company are friendly, courteous and professional. They are truly the best in the business!!!!

Great! We had a plumber we’d used for years, also through Angie’s List, who had extended family health issues ongoing and was unable to schedule our project. We had a limited timeframe, due to other projects in the bathroom. So we researched the List and contacted Dick Ray Master Plumber. The plumber was able to schedule us when we needed, came on time, and did a great job. We had a question regarding a project on our shower. Felt satisfied with his knowledge and opinion.

I guess ok, not great. I was a little surprise that no vacuum was used to clean furnace. It was wiped with rags and especially since I have had construction going on downstairs for last 6 months and lots of construction dust. They were aware of the construction, so I guess I am really surprised that no vacuum was used?

Technician performing work was quick and professional. He informed me of areas to watch out for regarding possible future problems. This was an Angie's List special and well worth the price paid.

They take the cover off the furnace and do a visual inspection but not the things they advertise they will do on a tune up.

Very nice. He was on time, called me before he came and did a great job.
