DG GLASS IS INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL – DO NOT USE Incompetent: • Beginning in mid-July brought a new door 3 different times over the next 6 months which did not fit. • Measurements were inaccurate • Manufacturing was inaccurate • Original door template was destroyed Unprofessional: • Never made appointments for installation after first meeting. • Never provided status of the project. • Notified of delivery the same day via text without advance warning. • Has not responded to phone calls/texts since late November 2020.

Nate did an excellent job replacing a broken window pane. He was prompt, responded to my questions and emails quickly, and was very efficient. I requested a quote from Angie's List on a Sunday afternoon, and the broken window glass was replaced less than 24 hours later. The glass that needed to be replaced was frosted and textured. I sent him a picture of the glass, and he was able to match it perfectly. The new pane is an exact match -- it looks perfect. I highly recommend Nate from Different Group Glass.
