Dig M Installers

This is the second time that Dig M Pools did and installation for us. Again we were very happy with the job they did. We purchased our pool from them and it is a well made product. The owners wife was very helpful when we were deciding what pool to purchase. I would recommend Dig M Pools as first choice. Excellent job. Thanks Dig M.

Again, the install and initial contact with the company were great. Follow-up and service is what concerns me. When the return line was reinstalled after the new liner replacement, it was out on very tight. When it came time for me to winterize the pool, I wouldn't get the return cap off to plug it. After several attempts, of removal myself, I thought they used some type of binding agent (they didn't). I made four calls to business to have someone come fix it. On the first time, the lady told me to use a butter knife, then told me to just stick a plug in it. The second time, I left a message and they never called back. Third call I was again told to use a butter knife. Finally they said someone would be out the next week. That too came and went. It was a no show and no contact. Yesterday, I called again, and was again told to use a butter knife. I said that's ridiculous and I shouldn't have to do that because prior to the liner replacement, it worked fine for years. Then she decided to tell me that my skimmer and return lines are old and should be replaced. I told her that's funny because when I had the liner put in, the other lady told me to no replace it and that they were fine. Hmmm... I again told her that I could not get the return line off and she then decided to tell me to drain the pool below the return line. I said that's going to cost me money because I would have to drain a third of the pool. She said she knew. Finally, I was disgusted and said I see that they don't stand behind their service, even with a warranty and weren't going to fix the problem. She said "I'm not saying that". She then gave me more excuses on how she cant talk because of recent throat surgery but again told me top use pliers and asked if I stripped the threads on the return. One excuse after another. I will no longer use them for any service related to my pool. To end the issue, I paid another pool company to fix my issue.

The service was good. The staff was good. They removed the old sand and replaced it. They did a great job. They came out the day they said they were coming.

The installers were nice and knew what they were doing.  We had some ground issues so there was an unexpected delay (no fault of the installers) The only issue was they didn't show up on time, and there was no call to me telling me they would be late.  I had to call the office, but the office did inform me that they were on another job and that they would be here soon (and they were) We had to allow the ground to dry a couple days and then they did fit us in and put the pool up.  They really did try to be as helpful as possible.  Was it a perfect install? no...  Did everyone work hard to try to make it as perfect as they could? yes... Just some minor setbacks that makes me not able to give them an A. <br />

Considering the weather over the winter and spring, it went very well. By the time the weather calmed down they were behind the 8 ball, just as every other business in Maryland. Non the less, they always returned my calls and/or sent someone out to help me with a few start up issues. Everything is running beautifully!! <br />

The installers were great, and helpful. However the scheduling was a nightmare. The prices kept changing, and they only accepted cash which I was very uncomfortable having so much in my house as I didnt know when they were going to arrive. <br />

Men were courteous and punctual.  Cleaned up after themselves.  Job preformed professionally. <br />

They came promptly, took out the old liner for easy disposal, installed new liner, started putting in water. Very happy with their speed, courtesy and professionalism.

The installation of the pool was great, but the contractors were not friendly.  They didnt  offer any advice on how to work the new equipment.  Their attitude was very negative and they left the instruction dvd in the empty box without giving the dvd to owner of the house. <br />

When I started out to get a a swimming pool I had no idea how involved it really was.    The girls in the office have so much patient and knowledge it put my mind at ease to find someone who had all the answers to my many questions. Everything ran like a fine tuned machine.  I would recommend Dig M Installers to everyone who is thinking about buying a swimming pool.  It nice to see there are still companies who care about their customer.  Thanks DigM Sincerely [Member name removed].

Excellent customer service from the installers and office team. They arrived on time, finished ahead of what I expected.Dennis and crew cleaned up everything and even straightened out my mess around the pool. When the liner leaked from a seam defect, they assisted in getting the 2nd liner installed in less than a week! They are awesome to work with. Thank you Marie and Dennis

We were very displeased with them. They broke a strap to the step in our pool. They did say they would replace it but we never heard from them again. I tried to reach them for several weeks and no one ever got back to me. I will not use them again.

They were very prompt and professional. I am very happy with their services.
