"The "extra (significant) charge" was approved by his wife. The estimate was for rollers, however, when I explained that the track was damaged I suggested a track cap be placed to make the door slide smoother. Which the wife approved. I left to purchase the track. At this time the wife had an opportunity to call her husband and discuss it should be done or not. I don't know why people do this. If they didn't need it, I won't have suggested it. I showed his wife and she agreed. I don't know what "adjustments for plumb" he needed to make, the wife approved the work before I left."
