I found this company from the BBB website--it had a "A" rating.  I called, and Mr. Myers came out and gave me an estimate after he spoke with his son who is the owner of the company and told him what I wanted.  He quoted me $5,900.00 if I got the work done in March; but the price would go up to $8,900.00 if I had the work done after March.  (I had already made my mind up to have work done right away, so their scare tactics to up the price did not phase me; but that should have been a clue to look elsewhere).  I have to say that the persons that I dealt with were fairly pleasant; but my only complaint is with the inferior quality of all materials used for all the money that  I paid.   <br /> <br />Once the cabinets were put up, although the outward appearance of the new cabinets looked much better than the old ones that I had, you can instantly see the inferior quality of the new cabinets.  My first thought was how long will these cabinets last, and I hope that they don't fall down once I put my dishes in them. <br /> <br />A friend of mine looked at  the cabinets and said that the contractors probably spent  about a  $1000.00 for all of the cabinets.  I went to the Home Depot website--and he was totally correct!!  I saw my cabinets on the website, and most of the reviewers stated how inferior the quality was, and these cabinets were more useful in a workshop than a kitchen.  I had no idea that labor for what I had done would be over  $3000 !!! <br /> <br />Also, the sink and faucets that were put in were also inferior in quality.  Just looking at the faucet, if the dollar store sold faucets, that would be exactly where this faucet  came from--that is how cheap it looked; plus the top of the faucet blew off twice because it could not handle the water pressure.   The faucet also started to leak underneath the sink, which caused the the paint on the bottom cabinet to peel.  In the end the faucet had to be replaced which Mr. Myers did, but I had to pay the difference  out of my pocket for a better quality faucet (Mr. Myers insisted that he paid $80 for the previous faucet, which I could tell was not true, and I was correct which I found out  with the return to Home  Depot. The price was more like $45).  Also the sink is so cheap that it stained the first week.   <br /> <br />I know every company is entitled to charge what they want for services rendered; but I am always so trusting that the charges will be fair.  In this case, I am another victim of being ripped off.  I can only say that I am thankful that I was not ripped off of $8,900. <br /> <br />I can only recommend that anyone who uses this company, to pick out your own materials and get a quote on installation only. <br /> <br />Update: it is 2015 and the back splash in kitchen is pulling away from wall. Floor surface of cabinets underneath sink is still peeling. Very <br />Work and materials. Remember there name...never use them. <br /> <br />
