We had a great experience with direct pro logistics. They provided a quote instantly over the phone, we initially scheduled the move four business days before the move, and they confirmed within 48 hours. The movers were prompt and gave us an 30 minute heads up in advance of their arrival. All of our items and furniture were handled with care. The team of three movers were professional, quick, and efficient. We moved a full 2 bedroom apartment in about 6 hours. We would absolutely use their services again in the future.

Am happily writing this review. Direct pro logistics did a fantastic job of moving me from Southern California to Northern California. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The 2 gentlemen handling my move were very thoughtful and thorough. I had not finished packing everything and they carefully packed and wrapped my furniture. They were quick , efficient and hard working. My furniture was delivered on time and quickly unloaded. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of the move. Judy

My sisters and I used Alex, at Direct Pro Logistics, to do a small move for our mother in New Mexico because none of us live nearby. The total cost for the move was $850. It seemed a little high, but within reason. Alex doesn’t have movers with his company; he’s a broker that goes out to Craig’s list, and other sources, to find people to do the moves. Alex found a local Santa Fe moving guy, Brendon. Brendon did the move, and did a good job. I know because our mother isn’t easy to please, and she sang his praises. After the move Alex was contacted by phone to pay Brendon the $250 he’d been told he’d be paid. Alex didn’t want to pay Brendon, and tried to tell my mother that she should pay Brendon. Alex even went so far as to suggest my mother, an 87-year-old woman in assisted living, should go out to an ATM machine with Brendon to get him the money!! Of this whole story, that might be the worst part. When my mother called to tell me this, I immediately called Alex to find out what the story was. He finally called me back the next afternoon, and told me it was a misunderstanding, and that, yes, he was going to pay Brendon. This was the last time Alex would answer my calls, or even call back. Alex didn’t pay Brendon over the next few days. About 5 days later, my brother-in-law called Alex. Alex answered, likely because he didn’t recognize the phone number. His new story was, his company pays their workers every two weeks. Two weeks has now gone by, and Brendon still hasn’t been paid. Because Brendon did the work, and my mother was the beneficiary, I felt a moral obligation, and have paid Brendon the $250 he was owed. Now, Alex owes me $250 for covering his obligation. Alex is already keeping $600 just for the job of finding someone to do the work, and he won’t pay the guy that actually did the work. And he went so far as to tell an elderly woman to go to an ATM machine, with a young man she doesn’t know, to cover his own business obligation.

Only one worker arrived. Realizing other worker hadn't shown up, he agreed to stay for four (4) hours & to get job done. He was NEVER PAID by Direct Pro Logistics for ANY work he performed. Company has not responded to many phone calls either from their contract worker, or from me since day of job was performed. Have disputed charge with my credit card issuer. Am now reporting their complete failure to honor the agreement to Angi.

I have moved plenty of times and I’ve never have found a company as great as this one! Quick and efficient! Will definitely be recommending to everyone. They do not disappoint! Thanks guys!

It went well overall. I was impressed with the fact that they wrapped everything. However, some things I didn’t like were:. I was cleaning up after them (picking up their empty tape rolls and cardboard). Also, they asked for a tip and when I gave it to (the supervisor), he said he usually gets more. I am a single widow and this project ended up costing over $1,000 over what I was quoted, which I was ok with, but to then be told I didn’t tip enough was not cool.

Direct Pro Logistics did not represetn itself and kept my deposit. after I changed my move order they changed their per cube rate by+26.5%. I asked to see the tariffs and they went dark on me. They have my deposit and moved nothing.

Great experience with Alex and Direct Pro. We called on a Friday afternoon and had a quote and booking for that Sunday (they offered to pick-up Saturday even) to move a large portion of our home. The quote was competitive. The team showed up on time, were extremely professional, hard working and really took care of our stuff. Quality was excellent as was the value.
