We are a family owned and operated with over 40 years of experience in the plumbing and drain field. Direct Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs for us, including replumbing the whole house, hot water heater, clogs, etc. We wouldn't hire anyone else. The technician was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and not only cleared the clogged drain line but also repaired/replaced the shoddy work that was done by the plumber from my home warranty company, which I dropped right after that.
