We hired DiSanto Design to do a full remodel on our main bathroom.. He advised that the project would take 3 weeks. He did not apply for any permits. The bath looks fine and he seems to be good at the tile work. The bathroom itself took a total of 12 weeks to complete. We did have some major plumbing issues which added about 3 business days of work. The problem we have with Cody is his lack of professionalism. He had a myriad number of excuses for not showing up, or working for an hour a day. The kitchen ceiling and dining room wall needed to be cut through and eventually drywalled to complete the project. That took an additional 6 weeks. Not because of the difficulty of completing the task, but because he just didn?t show. The curio in the dining room was never actually moved,so the drywall needs additional repair. So far, Cody has been non-responsive to requests to fix it. He is quick to respond only when he is asking for payments.

Cody epitomizes a lack of professional behavior and overall immaturity. He continuously failed to show up for work on our kitchen remodel despite numerous assurances that he would show. A one month job for a kitchen and bath remodel became a five month job. When installing the light fixture in our bathroom, he had broken one of the globes. He made an executive decision to replace the globes with new ones, which my wife did not end up liking. This was not a problem in itself, as accidents happen and we appreciated him taking action in that moment. The issue arises where we are now 10 months have passed since the start of the job and it still has not been replaced. One moment that especially sticks out is one day before he was to continue to on our project, we asked that he review work that he had done. Specifically, it was a vent that he redirected after tearing down a wall that housed the existing vent. We had noticed that the airflow to the register was not existent and, before closing it up, we asked that he look at it once more because this was a room where our newborn son was going to sleep when he arrived. Cody drunkenly called us and, among a number of other ramblings, made a comment that "he would never walk out on a customer." Fast forward 2 months, and the project was still being worked on as my wife was giving birth. I never got the sense that Cody was all that interested in doing a good job as much as he was concerned with collecting a check. We paid him $19,000 for a job that is still technically not complete, as I had to finish some of the work myself. I would urge anyone who is considering using Cody to stay as far away as possible, as he will only leave you disappointed.

Do NOT use this company for your remodeling job! They remodeled our bathroom and damaged our brand new tub and did not let us know. When I brought it to the owner Cody DiSanto's attention he said he would pay to have it repaired by Miracle Methods. I just got an email that he never did pay for the repair and is not answering their phone calls. Also, the work he did for us was subpar and we had to constantly check to make sure things were done correctly such as venting the fan to the outside (originally it was just vented into our attic space!) The job took way longer than we were told it would. Tile work was sloppy and sink faucet was installed off center. We are very unhappy with the overall job and so not recommend this company at all.

Cody was great! Highly recommend hiring him and his team. They were efficient and got the job done on time, within our estimate. I had to have the team come back because some finishing touches were missed, but it all looks as promised now.

Cody and his team are amazing. They show up when expected, and the communication is great. The quality of work is outstanding, and I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone who has seen my bathroom. It was an amazing transformation. Cody was great at helping me pick materials that matched my vision. The space was cleaned every evening before the team left, and the original timeline I was given was adhered to. I would completely trust them to handle any remodeling need that I have!
