I had identified the house I thought I wanted to buy though I had some reservations due to age. The report was very thorough and was clear enough to make me think I better keep looking. I found another house and brought the company in again. I thought the reports were thorough and clear. I was impressed when I called to ask some questions about one of the reports to get very thorough answers to my questions with time apparently not a concern. I appreciate being able to follow up that way and to be invited to call with any other questions. <br />
