We have dump trucks, wood chippers, skid steer loaders, and even cranes if needed to complete any size job big or small. Our tree climbers are all trained in the latest techniques and are some of the best in the industry. Certified Arborists are on staff to help identify dead, dying, or threatening trees and can help with permits if needed. As a fully licensed, bonded, and insured company we can and will provide you with both copies of our workman's compensation and liability insurance. Quick service. Very polite. Price was lowest of 4 quotes requested from other competitors. Came day after quote. Will definitely hire again for tree removal. Knew his job and provided flawless service. Don’t think twice! Hire them.

Quality of work, cleanup, and price were terrific. It took a couple of weeks from acceptance of bid until both trees were removed, but that was due to this being a busy time of year, and also due to some inclement weather.

They charged me too much. They didn't have a chipper. They came out, wasn't prepared. I told him when he called before he came out what I wanted done. He didn't have the clipper to do it, so he kind of ripped me off. Because what he did, I could have done myself. I wanted these evergreen trees to be cut, they keep getting taller, and wider and all over the sidewalks. He just did the bottom part, he didn't have a ladder, he didn't have no clipper, there were two guys and he just couldn't do it. That was a bad deal for me, I wasted my money on that one. He was unprepared, and his owner was unprepared too. He already received the money, so he just wanted to show his face and leave. <br /> <br /> To improve, first of all, call the customer in advance, find out what they need, and make sure they have the equipment to do it, I don't need no excuses I want the job done. He needs to please his customers.

The ServSquad team was very professional and quick. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished too. Marc had put a lot of effort into getting me a new roof in April and he will always be my first choice for getting any work done around my house.

Marc was wonderful. I had already had three roofers/carpenters out to look at rotting wood under my gutters that needed to be replaced and was causing water to leak into my basement. Marc was the only one of the 4 who got on the roof and looked around, finding that I had had storm damage. The first insurance adjuster who came to look at it said my roof looked fine but Marc told me to request another insurance adjuster come out to check it and that one agreed with Marc's assessment. When the shingles came off, rotten wood was discovered underneath part of the roof, so, yes, there had been storm damage! The roof was finished in one day, all trash cleaned up and now I have a beautiful roof! Thank you Marc and ServSquad Atlanta for your perseverance and attention to detail! <br>

The experience was mostly good. He is a nice enough fellow -- very friendly fellow. I don't want to get him into any trouble our anything, he's a nice guy, but he went up on the roof, which was part of the deal. He told me I probably might need a new roof and to call my insurance company. So I called my insurance company and they sent a guy out and said I did not need a new roof. This guy, from the squad, got into a little disagreement with him. He came back, but he never did anything. He's a nice guy, but I did not really get anything out of that service call except I am out $60.

Once I got a hold of Mark his communication was excellent. He was very accommodating to work around my difficult schedule and we were able to reach a prompt and mutually agreeable date and time for services to be performed. We had rain on the day he was scheduled to come out and he called in plenty of time to re-schedule for the next day and came on time as agreed without any problems the next day. Him and his assistant did a great job with the work performed and I look to utilize some of their other services in the near future. Excellent experience with this provider. <br />

"We appreciate your review and are always looking for ways to improve our customer service. In your case we need to improve on our ability to set customers expectations. You purchased a roof, gutter, siding maintenance deal for $59 and since your roof was 3 storys and you were wanting wood rot replacement we were not equipped to handle the job because that was not included in the deal you purchased. Your deal was for 2 storys or less and maintenance only no material replacement. We did however try to accommodate you by replacing a large rotten wood section of trim and didn't charge you any additional money even though it cost us more to do your job. We have implemented new procedures to set proper expectations for deal purchases in the future. In business for 18 years and maintain a perfect A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau we still are always striving for better ways to provide value and satisfy our customers needs. Thank you for helping us improve."

It was good. It took them about 45 minutes to 1 hour to do the work, there were 2 workers.

They were very good. Excellent workers. They came out for 2 hours. They went up and looked at the gutter and were able to not only able diagnosis, (the gutter had pulled away from the wall of the house) but repair and realign the gutter. They set the gutters at a slanted angle so that the water would move out easily. I was very pleased with them. They took their time and did great work. I would give them an A+.

The experience went well for the coupon that I bought through Angie's List. Once we got the time frame down and they found out where I was, everything went well. The one guy did the work and the other guy talked to me. The guy that did the work was efficient. He got up on top of my house which, is high and handled it well. They were fantastic. I bought enough gutter guards for the area that I could see and needed replacing. They did a good job at replacing the other ones. While they were here, they purposed some other work that needed to be done and I told them that I was interested. I have called a couple of time and I haven't been able to get a date set for that work. Today was the last day I called and I said, if I didn't hear from them, I would just move onto other Angie's List providers. The roof work I thought was done well. It's the follow-up work that I'm hoping to do business with. He seemed anxious at the time, but it's been over two weeks since that work has been done. I've been trying to get him to pressure wash the house, and I can't seem to get a schedule for him to come out. I'm ready to move on.

They person who did the work was not qualified and looked like he came from home depot. The supervisor stayed on the phone and took calls from other jobs. They never inspected it and the roof still leaks. I would not use them again.

"Appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. We fell short in setting the proper expectations of what we can do for a $59 roofing, gutter, and siding maintenance deal. The deal did not cover replacing any material. When we inspected your roof we found obvious signs of open cracks by your chimney and we attempted to seal those with caulk without trying to charge you for a more extensive replacement repair that maybe could have been fixed with sealant only. It is now obvious that a more extensive repair than $59 is needed and we failed in communicating that properly. Procedures are now in place to better set customers expectations of what $59 can do and cover."
