The owner of the company is working really hard. He tried his best to help me figure out the problem and he did a hands-on inspection of the job that needs to be done.

Not really happy with the work. They added rebar to driveway but it wasn't raised in concrete. Also retaining wall was built with cinderblocks and there is places where no concrete added. They left mess and I had clean up and take to dump.

The I paid extra for concrete dye, and asked for a smooth finish on the patio and driveway. The color is very inconsistent and the surface is exactly like the brushes they used. They did better on the fence although built it a foot shorter than asked... They did a lot of work for the price but I would pay extra for quality in the future.

Mateo is very pleasant to work with and did a nice job. He is honorable and trustworthy.

Everything was completed as desired, and with relatively little disruption of our home and street.

The project went exactly as we wanted. The old concrete walkway (45' approx) was removed and the new one was framed and poured the same day. I'm very happy with the results. And the price seemed quite fair for the amount of labor, material, and expertise it took to get the job done so quickly. I would definitely hire AMP 59 again.

Very good! Mapa and his hard working Hawaiian crew whizzed through this project in great time and the finished project looks great. I would use him again.

It went very well. Mapa and his team were here promptly and did an excellent job of taking out the broken blocks along with a grape plant, putting in new rebar to join the 2 walls and provide stability, building a wooden frame and then pouring the new concrete to encase some parts of the old wall that were still stable. They also filled an area with screening and smaller rocks to allow for extra drainage. Clean-up was very good.

We had a bit of a unique circumstance where the majority of the deck was built on top of an old pavement patio. The deck extends out into the lawn held up by poles a a foot deep. In on corner of the deck (where we wanted to lay pavement, the patio was still exposed. Mapa showed up the day he called in the evening, evaluated the project, gave us the price. He said he had an opening the next day. Mapa Showed up at 10am the next day, pulled out the existing concrete patio and laid the concrete around the deck support poles. They worked until about 5pm. He came back the next day and pressure washed the deck and cleaned up the new pavement. All in all was great.

Mapa and his crew did an excellent job arriving every day on time, working very hard in the hot weather, clearing out the broken sections of the W wall and a grape plant, placing new rebar to tie the N and W walls together, making a frame, pouring the concrete, then filling in a drainage section with rocks and screening plus dirt in order to make sure this wall doesn't open up in the future. They did an outstanding job on a difficult repair, were great to work with and happy to comply with my request to keep my adjoining neighbor happy with this procedure. They also did a superb clean-up job.

Mapa greatly cares about getting the job done right and will ensure that you are satisfied customer which is wonderful. We had good work done by his crew and although there were small things that needed to be taken care of later, Mapa got it done. Mapa and his crew great really busy during the summer so my recommendation is to try to schedule them sooner versus later.

Overall I'm happy with the foundation. Mapa and his crew showed up and built the thing with a minimum of fuss. We passed our foundation inspection easily. I would definitely hire AMP59 again for things like slabs, driveways and patios.

Mapa and his crew did a good job preparing the site and building the forms for the slab. He ended up having to adjust the price higher due to site conditions (poor drainage and slope), but in the end I think the expense was worth it -- most of the extra cost went into pouring a thicker slab than originally estimated, and using a pump trunk to get the concrete to the site. The slab looks good and he sunk in anchor bolts for me, as well as putting in a vapor barrier under the concrete to address moisture issues. Originally it was difficult trying to get him to come out to do the work, he would promise to come on a day but then wouldn't show up. However later on in the job he was very punctual and got things done quickly once we got the ball rolling. Either way he would return all my calls and explain everything to me.

The new driveway really added more than we expected to an older home's street appeal.

Everything went smoothly with only a minor delay due to freezing weather. I got the city permit which probably saved some money.

Mapa showed up on time and gave a great price. Did what I asked him to do and quality work. After the job was complete he came back cleaned up the work area. I would definitely hire him again and can't wait for my next concrete project.

Mapa, the project manager, and his crew did the job over the course of two weeks, as expected. The job was completed during the winter months and there was snow between the days the crew started the removal and the pour back of the concrete. They matched the existing sidewalk very well and took care of a couple of small crack/lifts by grinding them down so the we didn't not have to replace the entire sidewalk all at once. The price was the best bid we received. The only concern, in our opinion, was that the crew did not place sufficient warnings (other than two orange cones at one location) or barricades to prevent people from walking into the project. As homeowners, we did put up additional warnings and blocked the sidewalk with garbage cans until the work was complete. The crew was nice, did a great clean up and got it done so I would (will) hire again when I need to complete my next sidewalk project.
