I was able to set an appointment up at ten p.m.for 8 a.m.the next morning .They were on time,courteous and quickly changed out our garage door opener and tuned in the rest of our garage door,programmed the new and existing remotes and charged us the previously agreed upon amount with no attempt of upcharge.I would highly suggest them for any garage door service.

Advertise as low price, but it is simply not true. They extract the top dollar for the very hasty work of 18 yr old. Install $150 unit for $350 with 1.2 hours of labor.

The service was fast, efficient, and super friendly. The employee was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. When I called they were at my place within the hour and was done within a reasonable time frame. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Mark was in contact within minutes of me making an inquiry and was willing to come out right away on a Sunday evening. He gave me great information about my broken springs and quoted a very fair price which was half what the company who installed the door wanted (and they weren't available for another two days anyway). I called Mark back on Monday and he came out within a couple of hours. Good communication all the way, polite, tidy, and had the job done within 30 minutes, installing better springs that the ones I had before. I hope I won't need to call Mark again any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if I needed to.
